"Sri! Where have you gone?"
Srinidhi could hear her manager's voice blare through the handset as the call went through."I walked out of the venue."
Srinidhi responded as somberly as she could."But why-"
"I couldn't remain any longer"
"But—"
"Wouldn't it have been lovely to watch female lead smash the writer's head with a whiskey bottle?"
Srinidhi inquired sarcastically, knowing that it would silence her manager for a while."You know Anand Inalgi, he has a way of saying things like that. He never cared about his own wife or son; I'm sure he intended to convey better in his novel, but I think this is the best he could come up with."
Sara answered, attempting to calm Srinidhi down. Sara had a favorable view of Anand as a writer, so Srinidhi's outburst seemed excessive to her.
"Are you honestly looking for reasons to justify him?" Disgusted, Srinidhi queried.
"Are you even aware of the situation? What type of nonsense did he spout infront of media just now .""Sri, it's fine , you're inebriated; come back and we'll discuss then."
"No, it's not acceptable, and he had no right to comment so." Srinidhi screamed, her blood boiling with rage as she remembered Anand's remarks.
"How dare he say that women were frail in the first place and female characters would not have helped much with anything in the story yet he gave them more than they deserved." Srinidhi enquired fiercely as she chugged alcohol from her pocket whiskey bottle.
"I'll show him.... Aah!" Srinidhi screamed before she could finish her sentence when a lorry abruptly appeared from the side lane, sending her car crashing down the road.
"Srinidhi"
"Srinidhi"
"Srinidhi"
Sara yelled over the phone but got no response, and then she could hear a huge boom.

"This is your final warning, surrender because we are about to shoot."
Rocky casually placed aside his aviators and whiskey bottle, to take one last glance at the threads that bind him to this world, remaining indifferent to the Captain's announcements .
He kissed Hanuman's locket his Amma had given him , feeling relieved he's finally doing it .
He's going to die like a king, exactly as his Amma had wished.
He has kept his word.
When he confronting the missiles fired at him by Ramika sen's underlings, he showed neither fear, sorrow, or remorse, staying unfazed as the ground beneath him continued to crumble.
But there was a distinct sense of desire and wistfulness when he kissed the second Raksha thread he had on his wrist , next to his Amma's.
His Shona had tied the thread around his wrist after being tormented by frequent intense dreams of impending death.
Reena had clearly cautioned him, but he disregarded it and carried on with gold extraction; what a blunder.
This life, he sought gold like a crazy bull, dedicating his entire life to this moment, to dying as the wealthiest man in the world, just as he had promised; he had expected to die since he was a child, but the unexpected arrival of love in his life had enticed him to dare to wish for more, to desire for something so alien and forbidden to him, love and family.
He was fortunate to experience love with Reena, albeit for a short time, and they planned to raise a family together.
But he lost it all in a split second due to a single misjudgement. He was so focused on extracting gold and developing businesses that he disregarded the evident politics going on around him.
If he had a chance in the next life, he would pursue his happiness and build an empire so powerful that no one would dare to cast evil eyes on his love or child.
If such a life existed, he would make sure to alter the outcome of the next round of the chess game.
As the ship got fully wrecked and he fell into the raging water, all he could think was, "Next time, I'll live to live like a king instead of just dying like a king."
"Amma!" "Shona!" Sultan marched towards his grave, whispering his final words as he sank further into the ocean's depths..
