Clancy is a Mutant that Appears in Ben 10 Episode Side Effects. Clancy is shown to have Special Mutants Abilities to Summon Insects. He defended his Apartment from the Council Woman Lian from Reconstructing it at Chinatown. But there's no explanation on how Clancy Got his Powers and Stuff or why he is protecting the Apartment. Clancy was an Orphan Homo Vroikos who was Abandoned by his Birth Parents since they can't look after him due to the society conditions. Clancy was Found on a Trash Can by a Middle aged Chinese Restaurant Cook at Chinatown.
The Cook Decided to Raise the Baby and named him Clancy, despite knowing that the Law might accuse him on Accepting a Homo Vroikos Baby. But he didn't give a fuck on it.
The Cook became Rich enough, Started his own Restaurants all over USA. But after 30 years, The Man became Sick and he told Clancy to take Care of his Business. But the Authority wasn't giving Clancy the right to Run his Guardian's Property.

Months later, Clancy's Grandpa's Properties were Shut down and Days later, His Grandpa Died. Clancy, over a Gratitude to the Man for Raising him, Decides to Take over the only Remaining Apartment. It was at this time He knew that he could use Telepathy to contact Any Insects.
In the Episode Side Effects, Council Woman Lian takes in charge and decides to Rebuilt new Apartments after Destroying the old ones, which includes Clancy's Apartment. Clancy kills the Construction Workers and Tortures Lian.

It was at this time that Ben felt sick and Max Tennyson came for the Medicine. After a Sick Ben stopping Clancy, Clancy leaves Chinatown.
Later on, Clancy is Found by the Forever Knights and was Kept under their Surveillance.
For the Negative 10 Events, Animo was Hired by the Forever Knights to Perform Mutation on Homo Vroikos, where Clancy was Choosen to be the Specimen. After Successfully Collecting the Omnitrix DNA after the episode Dr.Animo and the Mutant Ray, Animo mutates Clancy into a Bug like Creature.
At This Rate, Clancy's Abilities had Enhanced to a Different level.
