Kevin Ethan Levin was born to The Plumber Devin Levin, who was The Freind of Max Tennyson. As Devin was Killed by Ragnork, an Insidious Alien Criminal while on a Mission with Max Tennyson, His mother Married another Man.
Without feeling the Presence of his Father, A Young Kevin was not able to accept a New Father even though he was loving. Kevin stayed at his home for 4 years and since then, at his 7th Birthday, He committed a Crime and later on escaped to the Streets of America. Kevin's mother and her Husband were searching for the Young Boy with the Help of Cops. But Without getting the Trace, They Declared Kevin Dead.
Kevin slowly developed special Abilities to absorb Energies from Living Matter. This only benefited the Juvenile to Commit more crimes.

After meeting Ben at The Arcade, Kevin started being kind to Him. Kevin Always had a Cynical Attitude towards People since many treated him as a Bad Person and Disrespected Kevin which literally broke him at an Early age. Kevin believed as a Kid that Ben only appreciated him and that he can be so open only to Ben.
Retcon : The Reason why S.W.A.T Team came Approaching the Duo when sneaking out Sumo Slammer Video Game Disc was because The Military Arsenal Weapons were stored along the Game Cartons.
In the Episode Kevin 11, When Ben Tried to Stop him, Kevin Suddenly misunderstands that Ben was acting all along good. Kevin never felt the weight of his Actions and soon they Turned Enemies. Kevin then Absorbs The Energy of the Omnitrix and Turns Into Mutated Versions of Ben's Aliens.
Later on, Before the Episode Framed, Kevin actually understands that he can morph into different aliens since his DNA has fused with Several Alien DNA Strands along with Traces of Ben's DNA from the Omnitrix Samples to Create Another Strand that gave him Mutations. That's why Kevin's Mutations had Ben's Clothes before.

Later after encountering Ben, Kevin's DNA went through Mutation, Leading him to Transform into Kevin 11, A Fusion of the Omnitrix Aliens.
Kevin with all the Misunderstanding, Blames on Ben for Mutating him and so they become rivals.

Spending few months after battling Ben at the Null Void, An Alien with the Name of Kwarel Teaches Kevin to Control his powers. Since Then, Kevin Respects Kwarel and sees his as his mentor. But Kwarel gets killed by the Null Void General at that Time.
When Kevin Tries to Escape from the Null Void, Servantis, a Former Plumber who established a Team, Captures Kevin and Slaves him using his Powers. Servantis implants a Fake Memory of Devin's Existence (Making Kevin believe that he never had a Father) inside Kevin's Brain. The reason why He did that was to not make Kevin Know that Ragnork was Servantis' Men and Servantis' Main goal was to Stop Ben Tennyson and Destroy the Omnitrix by Utilising Human Plumber's Kids, Which includes Kevin since he's a Human Hybrid. Servantis after using Kevin, Wipes his memories of Servantis and sends him to Earth.
5 years later, Kevin Becomes freinds with Ben and So they form a Team. And Kevin Realises that he is an Osmosian, a Human Subspecies.
