When I came home from our movie night, I couldn't stop smiling. It was just such a good time, and Angelina had a magnetic energy that drew me to her from the moment we picked up our tickets to the moment we left the theatre. At the same time, a sense of relief ran through my body, because I had taken a risk and it had turned out well. Within the hour, Angelina called me.
"Miranda, I had an amazing time!"
"Did you get home safely?"
"Me too! I've been wanting to watch that movie for a while now. And I did".
"I bet it's going to win an Oscar. It would be well deserved".
"I completely agree".
"I also didn't know that you were passionate about movies".
"Just some movies".
"You don't talk much, do you?"
"And it seems you're perceptive".
"That would be true!"
"Hey, I've got to go".
"That's okay! I'll text you".
