"Can I have some masala tea, yeah Angel's special?" She asks politely.

Angel smiles at her. "Sure madam. It will take some time. Till then, have our special breakfast Idli Sambhar. It's complimentary." Angel says and places a plate on the table. She moves inside to prepare tea as she has about 20 orders of tea now. She starts to prepare tea.

Other side Ruhana enters the cafe. She is confused to see everyone having idli sambhar. They don't even keep south Indian food. She is passing through that open area dining and then inside the dining hall. She directly moves to the manager.

"John, why are we serving idli sambhar today? Did we hire a south indian cook?" She asks confusingly

Manager nods negatively. "Angel cooked this. And she is serving this for free." Manager replies dejectedly as he is not pleased with this free service idea.
