Today is a very important day for me. Finally after 3 years of dating I and Mahesh decided to take our relationship forward. Today our parents are going to meet to decide our future.
Luckily our parents knew each other as they were friends. And actually that's how I met Mahesh for the first time in a family gathering.
I'm very excited as well as nervous.
I woke up quite early than usual, did my daily routine and got dressed. I must have a good first opinion and also his sister is one of the leading lady in fashion industry so I did my best to look simple and elegant. And a saree can never go wrong.

I wish Vijay was here, he would have been really supportive and calm. But he is returning from US after 2 days. For today I have Charan anna (brother). I just hope he doesn't become too protective and scare Mahesh, cos I know even Mahesh is as nervous as me or even more.
"Sam, come down beta your future in laws are here!" , my sweetest mother called me.Wait did she just call them 'my future in laws'. OMG yessss.
I slowly went down the stairs , I could see my parents talking to his parents they seem pleased. And Charan anna is talking to Mahesh, he is looking good in formals as usual.
Pulling me out of my thoughts my dad asked me to sit beside Mahesh.
"They look good together!", Suhasini aunty exclaimed. I blushed at this. "Of course,my brothers choice is always perfect", came a feminine voice from behind me. I turned around to greet my eyes with a girl dressed in light green dress looking simple and beautiful. It was Alia Reddy, a leading fashion lady and Mahesh's younger sister. OMG! we are twinning. Though I know that they are different shades.

"Hey Sam, how are you? I guess You know me right, I'm his Younger sister" she said nudging Mahi's elbow in a playful manner. "Enough of teasing my son and daughter in law", said my future mother in law joining the playful conversation. She called me her DIL. I might faint any time now.
We all were having our lunch, I was busy talking to Alia about my wedding outfits as she wanted to design them while Charan anna was talking to Mahi about the project in which Konidela and Reddy industries were partners. And our parents were talking about wedding.
"What about your other two daughters?",asked my dad. "The third one's name is Pooja ,she went on a holiday with her friends as she recently completed her MBA. And the last one,Krithi is studying final year of MBBS. So they could not join us today",replied Raj uncle.
"What about your sons Surekha ji?",asked my future MIL. "Vijay is in US, he is coming to India in 2 days and the youngest one Ram completed MBBS and is doing internship" replied my mom.
It was time for them to leave, Suhasini aunty came towards me and kissed me on my forehead. "Very soon I'm going to get another daughter", she said and gave me a warm smile.
Alia gave he a hug and whispered "All the best, along with ur future husband ur going to get 3 monkeys as ur sisters." with a wink. Making me giggle.All the while I noticed Charan anna looking at Alia with a confused face, I guess trying to recollect some thing. After he hugged Mahi, Alia went to him and forwarded her hand ,"It was nice meeting you,again" with a smile. My brother gave her a shakehand . Unable to stop my curiosity I asked " You guys know eachother?". "Ya we met in some parties I guess" Charan replied trying to recollect. " Yeah" said Alia.
After they left, I screamed on top of my voice "I'M GOING TO GET MARRIED" making my parents close their ears and my brother gave me a glare. "Grow up Sam, ur getting married" my mom reminded me , while Charan let out a sigh "Poor Mahesh". I shot him a death glare.
Alia's POV
Mahesh anna and my parents left early for the Konidela Mansion to meet my brother's girlfriend. It seems they were dating since 3 years and they were quite good at hiding it from us. Our families knew each other as they had mutual friends.
I reached late due to some work. As I entered I heard my mom exclaim "They look good together!" and to make things little comfortable for them I made my entry ,"Of course,my brothers choice is always perfect". All heads tuned towards me. Then my eyes landed on a familiar face or should I say a hot and handsome face. It was Charan Konidela. I had met him once or twice in few gatherings. He looked at me with confused eyes maybe trying to recollect where he had seen me.
I mingled well with Sam. She is really fun to be around. I told her that no way anyone else is going to design her wedding clothes as I'll do it. And she was excited. I also spoke with Surekha aunty, she was also sweet.
"Your house interiors are really good" I exclaimed while having food as in our house due to the opinion difference among me, Pooja and Krithi, it was mom who always decides things. "Of course the advantage of having an interior designer in house" it was who answered Charan. I gave him a small smile which he returned. Oh ya I forgot Sam was an interior designer and had her own firm which was quite famous.
While leaving I hugged Sam and told "All the best, along with ur future husband ur going to get 3 monkeys as your sisters." Which made her giggle. I gave Charan a handshake and said "It was nice meeting you, again". He was interupted by Sam who asked " You guys know each other?" with great curiosity. This time he replied "Ya we met in some parties I guess", so finally he remembers.
