"Matsuri! Get up! The girls will be here soon to pick you up!"
Shifting under her blankets, a groan emerged from underneath them. "One more minute Mama!"
Snuggling deeper, the black haired girl fell of into a doze once more.
Her plush blankets were suddenly ripped from her, a shriek emerging from the back of her throat.
"Get up Matsuri."
"Neechan~!" Matsuri whined, sitting up in a disgruntled fashion and glaring at her elder sister, Nina.
Nina simply rolled her eyes. Unlike her young sister, she was fully prepared for the day. Her school uniform neatly on her body and shiny black hair brushed into a neat low hanging ponytail.
"You're lucky that Mama even let you stay in bed this late, Matsuri." Nina said flatly, folding the blankets she ripped from Matsuri neatly and setting them in the foot of her bed. "Airi and Miko will be here soon to pick you up for the competition. Don't keep them waiting too long. I'll see you later tonight."
With that, Nina turned on her heel and left.
Groaning, Matsuri let out a long yawn, sitting up properly. Grabbing her flip phone, she noticed several missed texts from Airi and Miko.

Miko and I are going to pick you up.
You aren't even up yet are you?
You better be ready by the time we get to your house.Rolling her eyes, Matsuri sent a quick affirmative text that, yes she is awake, and yes she will be ready by the time they get there.
With her impending lecture from Airi hanging over her head, Matsuri quickly got dressed in a white tank and black leggings.
Entering her bathroom, she put her hair in a simple low hanging bun, messily brushing her fringe into a somewhat presentable state with her toothbrush shoved between her teeth.
Spitting her toothpaste out and rinsing her mouth, Matsuri quickly washed her face before heading down stairs, grabbing her ballet bag on her way out; which had been sitting on her desk.
Haphazardly stuffing the rest of her equipment into her bag, Matsuri slid into her seat at the table just as the door opened.
"Matsurin~!" a voice sing-songed lackadaisically, stepping into genkan and sticking their head out to peak into the kitchen, "Oh, you're actually up?"
Rolling her eyes, Matsuri threw her head backwards to meet Miko's eyes, "What kind of lazy bum do you take me for, Mi-chan? I'm hurt."
"Quit lying Matsurin," Miko jabbed, sliding her shoes off and skipping towards the table, snatching a piece of toast from Matsuri's plate, "I know you only got up five minutes ago."
"Doesn't matter," Matsuri waved a hand dismissively, "I'm up now and ready. So I'm not hanging anyone up."
"Still, you should get in the habit of waking up when you're supposed to," a soft voice interjected, a figure emerging from the genkan and appearing behind.
"Morning to you too, Ai-chan!" Matsuri chirped, "Toast?"
"Thank you, but no." Airi declined politely, taking a glance at her watch, "We need to be leaving now, or else we'll be late. Just because we're third years doesn't mean we can slack off on arriving on time."
