**** Hey friends!! I'm back with more for this lovely little book of mine. A quick recap of recent events: Aria & Scott are no longer betas, their bond as due lupi was cemented. They're now as one. And Scott also has an additional change to him that you won't read about right away.
For now, enjoy a nice new chapter here. ****
Aria's POV:
It's been about 2 and a half weeks that've gone by, and things are going really well. It's all been smooth sailing.
I'm different now, and so is Scott. Then again our whole group is different after what happened to me. It's like we're not taking anymore chances and living life the best way we can, together.
"Hey you!" Scott says as he leans down to kiss my cheek. I put my water bottle down on the lunch table and smile at him. "That was a really nice hello." He smirks. "Oh I can think of an even better way to greet you." He slides into the seat next to mine and gets close to my ear as if to whisper in it. Right as Stiles, Lydia, and Allison join our table as well as Jackson and his friend Danny. I chuckle. "save it for later Casanova." Then Lydia says "Well hello there my darling." Looking at me. I laugh a little, as does Allison. Scott, Stiles and Jackson are in their own worlds.
"So what're we doing after school today huh?" Allison says to the group. Jackson sighs, then speaks up. "We've got lacrosse practice after school. You girls can join if you'd like." He smiles at Lydia when he says this and she gives him a sly smirk. (Yes they're together...for now) I turn my eyes away in disgust, and look to Allison whose eating chips. "What do you say girls, show our support?" They both nodded and Scott just sat there, smiling like an idiot. 'I don't really think he's an idiot.'
I finish eating my food and say to everyone, "We'll I've gotta got do some research in the library. I'll see you guys later." I wave goodbye and then give Scott a quick kiss on the lips. His smile even bigger than it was not 2 minutes ago. I can hear Jackson mutter for us to get a room, as I'm walking away. I laugh silently to myself and make my way out of the cafeteria.
As I'm sitting in a chair up on the balcony seats of the library, I look down at my watch and see that the lacrosse tryouts have already started. Damn it I didn't think I'd still be in here. I thought I'd make it to the start of practice. I knew Scott would understand, so I shrugged it off and started putting my things away. When I was going down the stairs, I heard a noise in the front of the library. Making me stop right in front of those two huge windows. I looked around but didn't see anyone still here with me. Great I was by myself in this creepy place.
All of a sudden the lights went completely out, making it feel even creepier if possible. I let out a yelp, then immediately felt a small, yet sharp pain in my neck. I reached my fingers up to my neck, and pulled out a dart. I looked at it in my fingers. "What the hell?" I whisper yell. The moment I looked up I noticed there were 3 figures standing right in front of me. I tried to move out of the way, but felt like my feet were glued to the floor. I looked back up again and then saw the end of a gun hitting me right between the eyes, knocking me out cold.

Scott's POV:
I was wondering why Aria didn't make it to practice. She usually always shows up. It didn't bother me though. "Hey Scott, where's Aria?" Says Stiles. I shrugged my shoulders as I finished drying my hair off from showering after practice. "You know what...I don't actually know. She was supposed to study, then meet up with us here for practice." I could see a look forming on my best friends face, it's a look I'd grown to hate. "Oh god, why're you making your 'somethings wrong' face?" He shook his head rapidly. "I'm not doing a face, not making any faces here." The girls walk up to us. "What face are we talking about?" Says Lydia, Allison watches along questioningly. I sigh. "The kind of face Stiles makes when he knows something is wrong." Their faces dropped and Lydia speaks. "It's Aria isn't it? Where is she?" We all looked around aimlessly. "That's the thing, she was supposed to meet us here, and she never showed up." Allison chimes in. "She never doesn't show up. So somethings definitely off here."
