Jungkooks POV
There wasn't much I could do while Y/N was laying on me, I wrapped my arms around her, never wanting to let her go. I feared V would never fully forgive me, I could see him looking at me out of the corner of my eye sometimes, maybe if I showed him that I really cared about Y/N, then he'd see that this isn't some weird friends with benefits thing. Y/N moved a bit then lay still again, I could smell her hair, the scent had a calming effect on me and I closed my eyes to take it in.

"Don't you fall asleep as well, I need someone to keep me entertained" I turned to V as he spoke, "I wasn't, sorry, I thought you were working anyways?" the computer screen in front of him was full of images of his celebrity crush, Lily Collins. He quickly closed the tab, "well yeah but I'm bored of working" He still wouldn't look me in the eyes as he spoke to me, "then we can just talk, starting out with why you think this is so wrong." I spoke quite firmly, I didn't mean to be so forward but I was starting to get annoyed at his behaviour.

Clearly V didn't appreciate the question, but for the first time in a while he looked straight into my eyes, his eyes glistened as if they were beginning to water, it worried me. "What happens if the two of you argue, break up, separate or whatever you want to call it. You're my best friends and what do we do if you two can't even be in a room together. What happens if one of you breaks the other's heart?!" His voice grew louder as he spoke, I opened my mouth to answer-

"Listen Tae," Y/N rubbed her eyes, she still looked sleepy, which made me smile, "if one of us were to hurt the other-" she stopped and turned to me, "which I doubt very much, I hope that we could be mature enough to still be friends, at least after a little while, because I love all of you guys and so does Kook, you're our everything."

A tear rolled down V's face as he sniffed, "okay then, if you both promise to stay part of the group forever" Y/N reached out and wiped away another tear from his face, I ignored the twinge of jealousy in my gut, "forever."

She moved and sat fully in my lap, straddling my legs, then leaned towards my ear and whispered, "at least try to keep the jealousy off your face" she sat back upwards and shrugged at me, knowing that she could read me as easily as she could a book. She smirked at me as I pouted at her, butterflies filled my stomach as I watched her eyes drop to my mouth "oh just kiss already, I've seen you do worse." V said from beside us. I didn't need to be told twice.

She put her hands in my hair and used it to pull me in closer, god I loved it when she did that. I grabbed her waist with my hands and pressed on her back so that it arched and pressed her chest into mine. All the while she was pressing her lips to mine, heat rushed all through my body.

"You two, come with me now" I heard a voice from nearby, "shit" I mumbled under my breath as Y/N climbed off of me, looking toward Mrs Howard, the librarian. As we walked out I heard V laughing at us quietly, but I also met eyes with Jin who had clearly been standing in the entrance to the library for god-knows how long, the way he looked at me made it clear he had seen everything, I could do nothing but look at him expressionless as he mirrored that back.
