eddie liked to surprise you. you knew this, but today felt different. he was smiling all the way to his place, big bright teeth showing and all. you were highly confused.

he has sat you up a little dinner date. in his tiny kitchen behind his living room area, you see that he has two chairs and a table pulled up across from each other. with your mouth widening into a smile, eddie places his hands around your waist, feeling your rough jeans up. "surprise princess, all for you." he says locking eyes once more. with no words escaping your mouth in that moment, you place your hands on his face and pull him into a deepening kiss. you two share a couple more, and then you pull away. "eddie.. you didn't have to do this," you say. "but i did," he says smiling again. you had told him a couple weeks back that you wanted this to happen, that you had always dreamed of a small dinner with your favorite person in the whole entire universe. eddie knew you, and he knew you didn't like going out into public. so he did this? fixed up your favorite food, all for you? see, this is why you loved him.

you two sat down and ate for about 20 minutes, and finished up. eddie stood up, and you followed along. eddie stood in front of you, glaring down at you into your eyes. he tucked a piece of hair behind you ears and kissed you. "i love you y/n," he said gently, in a low rasp. you admired him for a few seconds, taking him all in. he was just beautiful.. eyes, lips, hands, arms.. all of him was perfect. "i love you too eddie," you said brushing your hand across his cheek. "i'll worry about the dishes later.. can we just go to my room.. please..?" he said looking down the hall and back at you. "eddie, whatever you want.. after tonight, you deserve whatever you would like," you said to him smiling. he smiles back at you and practically picks you up and runs down the hall with you in his arms. laughter and giggles from you and him filled the hall, and when he got into his room he pushed you down into the bed and took his shirt off.
