It was around 10:30 pm when someone called the cops to let them know that their was a car on it's roof by the time the firefighters got down to our parents my mom and dad had already passed away at 10:36 pm nov. 8th 1948 just before mine and dallys birthday. Today is November 9th 1949 mine and dallys birthday. Sodapop decided to take me to the movies and after the movie I decided to kiss soda and I told him how much I love him and surprisingly he said that he loves me too. We were also worried about our parents so we walked back to his house on the way back to soda's house, he asked me to be his Girlfriend and I said yes. So when we got to soda's house he walked me to my house we shared another kiss before I went inside after we said by I said that Dally and I will be over in a minute or two. To discuss why our parents didn't return home last night. When Dally and I head next door to the Curtis house to talk about our parents and why they didn't come home last night, When Dally and I enter the cutis house we decided to drive down to the police station, When we got to the station the Sheriff has us follow him into his office, So once we follow him into his office as soon as we're in his office he tells us that mine and Dally's parents had passed but before he could finish the hospital had called him to let him know that Mr.& Mrs. Curtis had passed away and that the doctors want us to identify the bodies, to see if the bodies were out parents, as we enter the hospital everyone's eyes are on us as we walked to the front desk to ask if our parents were brought in last night. The receptionist asked for first and last names which I told her our parents names which were Mia and Ted Winston, Jim and Liz Curtis, were our parents names.
