What if Heli got corrupt, but took it a step further?

Rather than having a tower like the previous bosses, his factory IS his tower. Heli has a main room where he keeps track of all his work, and this is a replacement of what would be a "throne room" normally.
Heli will cruelly extract the color from a shape using his machine, and use that color for experiments and other purposes he finds useful. He'll often test the colors powers, and very rarely, even use them to make different "test" corruptions doing who knows what to the victim.
After he extracts their color, he puts them in a tube hanging from the ceiling like this (random lycan for example)

Being too weak to even try to escape without their color, all they can do is watch as Heli continues his dastardly schemes.
