Basically this is an AU where Blixer was cursed to be a true monster as a punishment for taking over paradise. However, living on his own got lonely...so he found an enchanted book, which granted him the ability to turn others into monsters if he wished too. When transformed, their minds are altered, only barely remembering their names, and everything outside the town is basically non-existent to them. But, when Cube and Cyan arrive, Blixer continues to persuade Cube to stay, even though Cyan knows whats really going on. It eventually turns out that Heli was the only one that kept his memories after the transformation, and had been keeping it a secret.
