Never
Never Enough
I'm not tough.
When life is rough,
My efforts are never enough.
I work so hard at work.
I work so hard to help friends.
I honestly feel like I'm gonna go beserk.
When will all the laughing and mocking finally end?
Since I'm so nice, I don't deserve respect in return.
The same people warn me, they ask when I will learn.
But yet I must be so patient as I always have been.
They don't have a clue. That's just not how that works.
If you keep pushing and pushing, then someone will ERRRK
Been a good little boy, tried to be nice.
Made people smile and laugh, gave them advice.
Smile and laugh and cry and scream.
Praying, hoping that it's a dream.
This poem is almost over.
No, please not yet.
I hate it.
I try.
Goodbye.

PoetryI've been inspired by a close friend who also writes poetry about her life experiences. Granted, my poetry won't be as good as hers, but here goes.
