Crocodiles

The crocodiles from the Lion Guard Universe, mainly Makuu and Kiburi, have become former villains after the Valley assists them in stopping Zira's water demons from taking over the Pridelands and Outlands. The two floats decide to merge together to become stronger and protect their children.

After saving the Pridelands and Outlands, Kiburi is convinced by his son Nguvu, to join forces with Makuu and the Valley to protect their float. The croc agrees and appears to enjoy being in Hero Valley, mostly the Wetlands. Both Kiburi and Makuu have a rivalry with Bayou, a crocodile inhabiting the Borderlands who seeks to take over the Wetlands for himself. The former villainous crocs agree to guard the Wetlands as long as they are well-provided for. 

Despite not appearing as frequently as the other animals, the crocs are now loyal and respectful of the circle of life. Makuu and Kiburi have both gained respect for each other and work together as Co-Crocodile leaders. 

When Granda and Hyma die, the crocs attend their funerals. When Todo, a young crocodile from Makuu's float is killed by a stampede of wooly rhinos, Mizani shed tears at her friend's demise. Nguvu tries to look like his dad but becomes overcome by grief. Ota and Lang are comforted by their fathers as they show remorse. Makuu shows great remorse for his member's death and appears to subtly blame Leah, Kiara and Kovu's youngest daughter who is the leader of the Fire Pride, which Todo was a member of. Kiburi, Mizani, and Nguvu catch this and exchange disgusted and angry looks. Kiburi later confronts his partner about this, showing he has more respect for his lion companions. 

Mizani, Nguvu, Ota, and Lang participate in Nero the Hero and The Deadliest Lite. They also participate in The Crocodile Way. None of the adult crocs have solo songs. 

Trivia: 

Mizani, Nguvu, Ota, and Lang are members of the Wildlife Guard.

Mizani is shown to be a better fighter than Nguvu despite the latter being the strongest croc.

Ota speaks with a lisp and has a habit of spitting.

Mizani and Ota are the only known female crocodiles.

Todo is the only crocodile to die in the show. He's also the youngest Hero Valleyan to die.

In later seasons, Todo appears as a teenager in his spirit form.
