____________________________________________________________________The cigarette went out as the wind blew. He sighed, "FUCK ME!" He threw the cigarette and ran his hands through his hair, slamming his back against the brick wall. He pulled out the pack and went to grab one, 'great..empty'
He threw the pack on the ground and walked to the nearest gas station. He grabbed a pack of cherry flavored gum and went to the register.
"Is this gonna be all today sir?" The cashier asked ringing up the gum.
"No, I would also like a pack of Marlboro black red 100s-" His words trailed off as he looked at the cashier, coughing slightly, "and your number"
The cashier smiled and rung up the cigarettes as well. "$9.26 is your total"
He handed him a ten, the cashier gave him his change and wrote something on his receipt, handing it to him. "Have a good night" the cashier winked at him.
He smiled, "you too cutie~" He walked out the door and pulled one out, pressing it to his lips and lighting it. He inhaled, feeling the smoke pour into his mouth and down his throat, into his lungs. He exhaled, causing the smoke to go out his nose and mouth, loving the burning feeling.
'THE RECEIPT' He though pulling it out and typing in the number.
"Is this the cutie that rung me up?' read 11:58 p.m.
A few minutes later
"Yeah! Btw my name's Sam ^^" read 11:59 a.m.
He smiled as he read the message 'Sam' He thought.
"I'm Colby :)' read 12:00 a.m.
Colby's POV.
I put my phone back in my pocket and walked back to that damned brick wall.
Sam. That's all I could think about. His blonde fluffy hair, ocean blue eyes that shined. His contagious smile. He was perfect.
I reached the brick wall and leaned against it, feeling my phone buzz.
"Is there somewhere you can meet me?' read 12:16 a.m. ((such a good fucking song 🤧))
"Uhh yeah, there's a brick wall like a block from the store if you wanna meet up there" read 12:20 a.m.
"Sure!! Cya then" read 12:23 a.m.
I smiled to myself, 'he's meeting me here" I kept smoking with the biggest smile on my face, throwing that one on the ground and grabbing another one.
'Why am I nervous? It's just like meeting up with Elton or Corey.." I trialed off in my thoughts.
Sam's POV.
'Is this the brick wall?" I turn the corner and sure enough, there he is.
'Colby' He had just took a drag from his cigarette as I walked closer. He looked so attractive.
3rd person POV.
"Hi" Sam said and leaned against the wall next to Colby, looking at him like he was a hundred dollars.
Colby smiled and blew smoke out of his mouth, "hey cutie, surprised you actually showed up"
"Why's that?" Sam's gaze at him hardened as he looked more confused.
"It's a dark alleyway next to a convenient store that's had murders and robberies." Colby laughed.
Sam nodded in agreement, "fair, but from what I know you wouldn't hurt me, murder me, or kidnap me. You'd hurt anyone who would attempt that." He smirked as he spoke, Colby coughing on smoke looking at him, "I..you..how?" He tossed his cigarette.
Sam giggled, "what bad boy? Cat got your tongue?" Colby shook his head, "from all those times I've came into that store, that's what you get from those interactions?" Sam nodded.
"You're..not wrong." Colby smirked, "oh..and bad boy? I thought it was sir?" He cocked an eyebrow at Sam, causing him to blush, "listen that..that was for store purposes, I call every male presenting person sir-!"
Colby laughed at Sam's poor attempt to defend himself, "you never call anyone else sir when I'm in there, so why start now?" He grabbed Sam's hands and pinned them above his head.
Sam blushed deeply and looked down, smirking at an idea. He looked up at Colby, "What? Would you rather me call them daddy? Or master? Ooh~ How about my god? Would that make you feel better?"
Colby's eye grew darker. "No." Sam's smirk grew, "aww what is it Colbs? Don't like that I'd call someone else those nicknames?" He giggled.
Colby groaned and unpinned him. "How are you fucking with my head THIS much!?"
Sam blushed slightly, "What do you mean? Is that good?"
"I..maybe? All I know is that after high school we stopped talking. After all those vines and those like ten YouTube videos, we stopped." Colby sighed. "I loved you man! But after the fight..we stopped. Then when you started working there..all that came back. I don't even know if you remember"
Sam nodded as he listened, "I remember. I'm sorry for starting the damned fight. It was stupid. All because we disagreed about moving to LA. Look at where we are now!" Sam laughed slightly, "I love you too, but when did you pick up smoking?"
"oh umm..right after you left the old abandoned jewelry factory. A random girl came up and offered me one, said I looked like I needed it. So I took it and picked up the habit." Colby looked at the pack in his hand. "These aren't the best flavor in my opinion, but y'all don't have Pall Mall ultra light 100s right now. See I normally get those along with the gum and a pregame blue raspberry. Y'all didn't have that either so I just got the cigarettes and gum." Colby explained that and Sam smiled.
"Trust me Colby I know. Who normally rings you up?" Sam laughed. Colby blushed out of embarrassment and looked away.
"Wait yeah, you do ring me up. Why don't you let Aaron ring me up?" Colby asked, lighting another cigarette, blowing the smoke away from Sam. (Because we're respectful in this street) Sam blushed deeply and shook his head. "Ever since I've seen you come in that store I realized how much I had missed you and it seemed like that was the only way we could talk so I kinda got..super overprotective of you and just didn't want to risk you catching feeling for Aaron since I know you bisexual with a preference for guys and he's super flirtatious with people he likes and he always talks about how much he likes you so I didn't want him to get in the way. Hey, seems like I'm jealous and I probably am, but I truly do want to rekindle what we had so I just kinda made it so he didn't get in my way because in all actuality he does like you but, he just uses the guys that come into the store to make out manager jealous so I didn't want him to use yo-"
Colby cut him off with a kiss, holding the cigarette away from them, breaking apart after a few seconds "you talk to much." He took a hit, blowing it away from them, taking a few more hits before he put it out and chewed a piece of gum.
Sam was a blushing mess, "you..uh..you could've told me to stop talking.. instead of, ya know?" He gestured to both of them. Colby smiled and shook his head. "I'd prefer fucking you to telling you to be quiet" he though for a minute, "actually I'd probably tell you to be quiet while fucking you because that would make you moan louder." Colby looked Sam in his eyes, "and I want you to be loud."
Sam blushed deeply and went back to leaning against the wall, putting his head in his hands, "Colby..why are you teasing me?" He whined and looked at him slightly.
Colby shrugged, to be honest. He really didn't know, but god damn was it fun for him.
They ended up going to Colby's house that night. The things done that night were imprinted into their minds. The passion, the desire, the want, the need, the craving, the lust. All there.
But that was then, this is now. Both alone. Not with each other or with anyone else. Both sexually and romantically turned off by anyone but each other. They deny anything asked, saying "It's s rumor." But they both know what happened.
