"Iwa!" Oikawa suddenly and loudly burst into Iwaizumi's, relatively big, room where Iwaizumi is lounged on his bed, scrolling mindlessly on his phone. He doesn't look up from his phone or even flinch at the sudden burst of energy. Being friends with Oikawa for 18 years has made it almost impossible for Iwaizumi to be startled by sudden noises.
Oikawa basically skips into his room, pausing in front of Iwaizumi, stationed at the foot of the bed. Iwa sighs and looks up at the boy. "You know I love you right." Iwaizumi groans.
"Okay, what do you want?" He puts down his phone and gives the now pouting boy an expecting look.
"Why are you assuming I want something?" He crosses his arms and continues to pout like a child.
"You only start a sentence with 'I love you' when you want something so come on, out with it." Oikawa huffs out a breath before dramatically falling onto the bed, partially into Iwaizumi's lap, who grunts at the sudden force.
"You're so mean." He mumbles, head resting on Iwa's thighs. Oikawa then sighs in defeat and rolls to the side so he can look up at the slightly annoyed man. "Fine. Okay, so you know how you have a yacht." Iwaizumi's eyes narrow.
Iwaizumi is what Oikawa would call, Sugar Daddy rich. He lives in a generally big, spacious house. Not enough for it to feel empty but either way it's a really nice house. They have a few nice cars and a maid. His parents don't like to show off so they don't really buy anything flashy. They buy nice practical things.
The yacht in question was given to them when his grandparents passed away. His parents planned to sell it since they didn't see a reason for owning a boat but unfortunately (not really) their family's best friends have a very persuasive son.
Actually, it didn't take much to convince them since they love Oikawa and basically treat him like he's one of their own.
But Oikawa did have an agenda when he convinced them to keep it.
"Ok ok just hear me out." Iwaizumi sighs as Oikawa sits up, crisscrossed on the bed facing him. "We should take the boat out this coming weekend and have a party. We can invite a handful of people and we can swim, and play games. Like! truth or dare and so much more. It will be fun so, please." Oikawa gives him puppy dog eyes as Iwaizumi processes his idea and studies his expression.
"Do I even have the option to say no here?" Oikawa then smirks mischievously and jumps off the bed.
"Nope! I already cleared it with your parents!" He grins and Iwaizumi groans.
"Then why did you even ask?"
"Becauseeeee" He whines, "I want you to be excited and want to do it. Please, please say it sounds fun." He pleads, still standing while Iwaizumi just sighs, debating on what to say, when he hears his mother's soft voice enter his room.
"A piece of advice Hajime." She and his father enter, giving Iwaizumi a knowing look while his father continues his mother's sentence.
"When your boyfriend is this excited about an idea, the only response you should have is an enthusiastic yes." Oikawa grins, standing near Iwaizumi's mother who ruffles the boy's hair, even though he's a good few inches taller than her. Iwaizumi hums.
"I'm being ganged up on." He complains and Oikawa whines and suddenly throws himself back onto the boy, who still grunts but was at least expecting it.
"Come on Hajime pleaseeee." He settles so he lays horizontal on the bed, head in his boyfriend's lap who is looking down at him and playing with his hair.
"You conspiring with my parents should be against the rules." He hears his parents chuckle while Oikawa just pouts again. Iwa shakes his head and laughs slightly. "Ok ok, yes Tōru it sounds like fun and is a good idea." He grins triumphantly while Iwaizumi just smiles lovingly at him, ruffling his hair like his mother did.
