~Dean's POV~
People had been giving me and Cas odd looks for months. Maybe it was because he was pregnant or the fact we were always together. I'm not sure. We went to my house after school one day. Sam was just sitting on the couch reading, this was normal. Cas and I went upstairs and sat on my bed.
~Cas's POV~
I laid on his bed. I laid there and after awhile I felt a sharp pain. It felt like I was being shanked. I grabbed Dean's hand and squeezed it tightly in pain. "Is something wrong?" He asked in a bit of shock. I nodded my head and bit my lip to keep from screaming.
~Dean's POV~
"What is it?" I asked. Cas was quiet for a while.
"The baby!" He shouted in a scream of pain. All the color drained from my face. I got up frantically pacing a bit. I didn't know what to do.
