note: this is based in resident evil 4. you and leon are both sent to save the presidents daughter. (enemies to lovers) also idk if I mentioned but 'ganados' are the haunted villager people!

short version

The door you and Leon need to go through is locked. The only solution is pushing two buttons that are in different areas; up on high cliff and by the actual door. You end up going to the button that's on the high cliff and when you press the button, a lot of ganados head towards you so you fall off, leaving Leon to catch you.

long version

You and Leon continue walking the dark and cold trail. You're not too far from the church where the president's daughter, Ashley Graham, is. "Are you sure we're going the right way Leon?" You ask looking around. The trail goes further as the sun goes down. "yes y/n," Leon says annoyed.

You roll your eyes and squint your eyes, noticing a wall with two bright lights. One big door is placed in the middle of the wall. "Told you," Leon mumbles beside you. You both walk closer to it and notice a circular grey button next to the right of the door. Leon tries to open the door, failing as it's locked. You push the button and it doesn't work. "Well shit," you say. You and Leon both take time, looking around for any solutions.

"Damn it," Leon says looking up at a tall cliff. There, a grey button is halfway up it. You look at him and laugh, "I'm not going up there. You can if you want."
"You got it. I'll push this button," he responds sarcastically smiling.
"You bitch."
Annoyed, you go towards the cliff-hill. there's a trail leading up. "Unbelievable," you mumble. Feeling unsafe, you bring your gun out.

- 2 minutes later -

You make it up to the button and yell down, "Okay moron, ready?" He nods and you both push the button. The door slowly opens and you shout, "Don't even think about leaving me." You look at the view and then take a deep breath.
As you walk back down, halfway, you hear a noise to what sounds like a ganado. "Shit," you say.

You slowly walk down and see three walking up towards you. you back up some as you hear a noise from behind. You're surrounded. "Fuck fuck fuck," you say to yourself. You shoot at them but that just attracts more to you. "leon," you shout. Leon looks up, "Shoot them!" You roll your eyes, "Jeez what a good idea. No, dumbass, that attracts more."
"Keep fighting, I'm on my way up."
You try stabbing some but it's not working. Without noticing, a ganado is right on you which makes you tremble back, falling off the cliff.

You scream as you fall. Your life flashes before your eyes as the wind picks up strongly. "y/n!" Leon yells. He stays where he is at and looks at you falling. He positions himself and catches you. Out of breath, you look at him and he looks at you, shaking. "You okay?" You keep looking at him. He looks stressed. Like he was scared. "Yeah, I uh, yeah."
He puts you down and takes a breath, "That was quite a fall."
"Yeah and someone cares to save me," you say teasing him. He rolls his eyes, "What else do i do, watch you splat on the ground?"
You smile at him, "You saved my life Leon. Thank you." He walks in front of you and you can't help but blush.
