Accidentally In Love

Jen sighed as she walked back to where she left Lucy. Luckily she was still there waiting for her. "Lucy, you waited for me?" Jen yelled as she rushed to her still flushed from what happened with Albedo. Lucy nodded "yeah, I didn't wanna leave you and there were cute guys around." Jen giggled at her cousin and they kept walking.

"So what was all the commotion?" Lucy asked, curiously "well, a giant alien worm escaped from a ship." Jen said with a shrug like it was normal for that to happen. "Ok, why were you blushing when you came back?" Lucy asked and Jen became flushed again "oh umm...well...umm" Jen stumbled with her words and just told Lucy she had an awkward encounter with someone.

"Was the person cute?" Lucy asked wiggling her eyebrows at Jen. "LUCY!" Jen yelled turning cherry red while Lucy busted with laughter. A small squabble broke out and by the end, Jen could be classified as dead from embarrassment.

Once the girls reached the academy Jen went to find Grandpa Max and Lucy spotted Gwen and Kevin. Jen sighed and kept walking trying to ignore the eyes that were watching her. Jen picked up a pace and found Grandpa Max in his room cooking something. "Hey, Grandpa," Jen said as she walked in "hey Jen I like the new look." He said setting a pot on the table and as he turned around a giant tentacle emerged from the pot and grabbed Jen by the waist. "Hey let go!" Jen exclaimed kicking the tentacle and making it release her.

Jen hit the floor with a thud and whatever was in the pot growled at her. "Grandpa I think it's undercooked?" Max laughed at his grandaughter "No, that's normal for this dish." He assured and helped Jen up "so what are you doing here?" He asked sitting down "oh, well with Kevin and Gwen leaving in a few days I was wondering if I'd be getting a new partner?" Jen asked shifting from foot to foot for an unknown reason.

Max was about to answer but Gwen and Kevin busted into the room. "Grandpa Lucy just-*gasp*" Gwen and Kevin eyed Jen up and down and Kevin started blushing which pissed Gwen off. "Hmph, it ain't for you Levin," Jen said then walked out while swaying her hips. Lucy screeched with excitement "I'm proud of you!" She yelled then followed after Jen leaving the other three alone.

"Do you two wanna explain?" Gwen and Kevin both looked at each other before Kevin ran out.

Jen yawned as she walked into her house after a very long day with Lucy. Jen walked into the kitchen where her mother was cooking and sat down. "What are we having?" Jen asked Sandra made a glance at her daughter then gave her full attention. Jen smiled "well?" "You look amazing sweetie." She said setting the knife she was using down. "Wow, Jen sweetie you look wonderful." Jen's dad said walking into the room and staring at his daughter "hm, thanks, dad."

"Oh, we are having pasta for dinner," Sandra said and Jen beamed with happiness "need any help?" Jen asked Sandra smiled and shook her head "no, you can go relax." Jen nodded and went to her room and turned on some music. Jen hummed along to Sabrina Carpenter as her song on purpose played.

Jen leaned back on her bed as the song played and she found herself singing along "you're scared I'm nervous but I guess that we did it on purpose." Jen sang and stood up and started to dance around in her room.

A knock on Jens's door got her attention and her mom called her to come to eat. Jen smiled and walked out of her room not bothering to turn the music off.

Jen sat at the table and are while her dad and mom argued over who had a harder day. Jen smiled, she found it sweet that her parent would squabble like children sometimes. The more Jen thought about it the more it amused her and she broke into laughter. Her parents looked at her like she was crazy but started laughing themselves.

"You two squabble like children hahaha it's so sweet hahaha." Jen's parents laughed even more because they knew their daughter was right. The family laughed for another five minutes until they finally calmed down enough to finish their food.

After dinner, Jen went back to her room and collapsed on her bed. She grabbed her phone and shut off her music then lay on her bed. Jen hummed and stared at her wall "I need to shower." Jen said and rolled off her bed.

Jen walked to the bathroom and turned on the hot water and stripped. She stepped in and sighed as the water hit her body and loosened her muscles. Jen started to scrub her body and hair while humming along to a random song.

Jen finished her shower and got out and wrapped a towel around her body. Jen still hummed as she walked to her room and grabbed some clothes. Jen set her clothes on her bed and let the towel fall off without realizing she wasn't alone.
