Synopsis: Absolutely pissed everyone was able to take the crystal back from Lychee Dragon Cookie, Scorpion Cookie goes back inside to try to find a magical artifact to to slow everyone down. She ends up causing a citywide blackout and, satisfied with this, goes back to the party to convince everyone to continue the ceremony.
