Kohane's POV: I woke up feeling very sleepy but eventually I felt awake. I look at my phone having more then 50 notifications of An spamming me this morning. *What do you need?* I texted her, *After school! Can we go to Sekai and have a coffee date??* An texted back. (A date?? She couldn't just say hang out..) I blushed a tiny but not really lasting long. *Fine, but as a date you don't mean...* *Ohhhh no just a date as friends!!* I'm not sure why but I felt weird as she said just friends but I shrugged it off and got ready for school.
While heading to school I saw Minori and ran up to her. "Hey!" I hugged her from behind. "Hey Kohane! Are you okay? You have some bags under your eyes." Minori pointed to my eyes. "W-what! Did they really look that bad?? I'm sorry I kinda stayed up last night calling with An!!" I said. "Ohh An? You always talk about her and hang out with her! Are you like more then friends...??" I screamed at her red as a tomato. She laughed and teased more. After, we made it to school, I followed Minori as we went to 1-A our class. We had a quiz today and since I studied very hard I feel very confident about it! I looked over at Minori and saw her struggling, she probably didn't even study... After class, we had a break so I went to Minori who was talking to Haruka at the moment. Minori always looked extra happy around her. Suspicious if you ask me. I didn't talk to Minori since it looked like she was having fun with Haruka. I saw Saki Tenma in the hallways which I know Minori knows her but I NEVER have spoken to her before so I tried to walk past her but she noticed me. "Hey! Your Kohane right?" This is why it's bad being friends with someone who everyone knows... "O-oh um! Yes I am Kohane. You're Saki, right?" I said in a shaky voice. "No need to be nervous I'm very nice!!" She smiles. Eventually, I had to go back to class so I quickly got back to class relieved that the conversation was over. School was over but I was kind of nervous because I had the 'date' with An!! Do I have to dress nice or do my hair....Whatever she won't judge!
I went to sekai not seeing An anywhere! I saw Meiko in crase cafe so I went in and talked to her. "Hey Meiko?" "Yes Kohane?" Meiko said. "Have you seen-" I felt someone hug me from behind. "AHHHH" I screamed not knowing who it was. "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you!" An started bursting with laughter "pft not even funny" I blushed. "Come on I have a table just for us!" I couldn't stop blushing at that point I have no clue why!! My heart was beating but I don't know why that only happens when I'm around An- I don't like her..no I don't.. "Kohane?? Come on the table is right in the front! Pftt and why are you so red!?" W-what??!! It's just hot in here??!!" I scrambled to the table An was sitting at. "Kohanes actually really cute" An blurted out on accident. "WHAT," I turned red "Oh um..did I say that out loud it was a joke I swear." An said looking a little flustered. "Ohh no umm it's fine..your also cute!" (WHY DID I SAY THAT OH MY GOD) "No I take it back your not cute? I mean! Your not ugly I mean you are really pretty and cool and have a beautiful voice" An was almost as red as me at that point! "Let's just order.." An said uneasy. (Shoot I messed this 'date' up..) "Yes! Sure what are you getting" I asked An, "Maybe just a coffee and then maybe dessert after!" "Okay I'll have the same!" We called Meiko to order some coffee. When we got it An started drinking it right away so I did too. The only think is that it was burning hot!! "Ow!! I burnt my tongue!" I yelped. "Silly! You know fresh coffee is going to be hot!" An laughed as I cooled down the coffee.

After we finished the coffee we decided to order some dessert. They had some strawberry shortcakes which sounded delicious! An and I ordered a piece for both of us. "Wow these look delicious!" I said "Yeah I agree!" An started eating the shortcake, I also started because I just love strawberries so much. We finished the cake and man! Was it good! "That really hit the spot!" I said joyfully "Yeah it was delicious!" An noticed something and stared at my face. "What's wrong?" I asked "Ah you have something on your face!" An slowly moved her hand on my face and wiped off what was on my face. "O-oh..thank you?" I said blushing. "Haha of course you cutie" An said confidently. "Well it's getting late we better head out Kohane, see you!!" An left with a huge smile on her face, while I have the most confused face ever still processing what she said. Eventually Meiko said I had to go home and sleep.
