Aaliyah came downstairs to see her mother sitting on the couch thinking about her safety in the homecoming.

"Mom I will be all right I know you thinking about my safety and you're worrying about it too much". I will be fine Mom if you don't want me to go just don't let me go don't want you worrying about me too much also you know I can't take care of myself and I know how to defend myself.
