I had decided to head to bed. It had been a pretty long day of training and meetings. I got ready and got in bed. Something felt wrong though. Some time passed and I got out of bed and snuck out of my room. I went to the door across the hall and knocked. The woman inside already knew it was me.
"You know you don't have to knock," Wanda said in her accent. I practically melted on the other side of the door just hearing it. There is no way I could ever get used to hearing her beautiful voice. I opened the door.
"I can't sleep," I told her.
"I figured. Come here darling."
I went and snuggled in with her. I found that I can always fall asleep in a matter of minutes when I'm in her arms.
She played with my hair and messaged my scalp. I don't know how but she has a way of snuggling that can make someone fall asleep instantly. She has some kind of hidden superpower. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was the sound of her breathing and the smell of her.
