I had a bag of powder chalk in my hands as I jogged down the stairs, I spoke to Rosalie and Alice thru the house, my voice was loud and alertive as I did so. "I'm taking the bar, Allie cat, Rosa."

"Okay." Their voices answered me one floor above me as they spoke agreements, both of them spoke at the same time and their chimes mixed together.

I walked down the steps and made my way towards the glass door, my hand pressed the handle down and it opened effortlessly. My legs stepped outside the household and I closed the door behind me before I began to stride towards the backside of the building, towards a large garden. In the middle of the garden was a long plank-like bar, it was often used in gymnastics and I had taken freedom into buying one for both myself but also for the girls in the house. We all had a small interest of gymnastics, mostly me , Alice and Rosalie but everyone enjoyed it. My feet carried me towards the long bar and I dug my hands down into the bag which I had now placed down on the ground.

White pouder covered my fingers and hands up to my wrists and I jumped up on the bar before I took a deep breath and placed my hands on either side of the thin plank. I lifted my legs into the air slowly, my upper body strength working overtime as I steadily pointed my feet up into the sky. My arms lowered my body down and I flipped over, my feet landed on the thin bar and I turned my body over so that I was now standing straight. My hands once more placed themselves on the bar, I came to a handstand and my legs parted before they touched together in a graceful action. I slowly shifted the weight in my figure to my upper body as I grasped the bar tightly with my hands and laid myself in the air. My whole front body was facing the bar, my stomach and my front thighs was face to face with the thin plank-like object. My elbowns were at my sides as I lowered myself down further, deep and focused breaths made their way down my throat when I did so. It was as if I was floating in the air, the only thing holding me up were my arms.

The sun had began to rise over the trees, the sunshine making me sparkle in the process. I heard Carlisle walk down the stairs and out of the door before he made his way towards me, my attention was still directed on my breathing as I heard him approach me to later hear his voice speak to me. "You are all starting in one hour, just to give you a heads up."

"Thank you." I took another breath thru my lips and turned my body slightly upwards before I split my legs and peeled my eyes over and I once more lowered myself down to the bar impossibly close.

He hummed in acknowledgement after I had spoken to him and turned away from me as he began to walk towards the house again, this time he jumped up to the kitchen balcony and entered the building from there. I slowly lifted one hand off of the bar and relied on my right arm and hand to keep my whole body up in the air. My eyes closed themselves and I took, yet another, deep breath as I relaxed my mind and my soul. The free arm unhurridely twisted itself behind my back as I placed it tightly against my bare skin. All I was wearing was a sports bra and a pair of ankle cut tight leggings, my hair was twisted up into my head so that it would not bother me and I had a pair of fingerless gloves on me which reached over my wrists.

I let out a sigh as I lifted my body up into their air again and placed my free hand down beside my other one on the bar. With graceful moments I lowered my upper body completely down to the plank and touched my chest to the surface before I lifted my upper body up and sat myself down on the bar. My legs hung on either side of the thin plank and I jumped off of the object rapidly before I began to walk towards the kitchen balcony, and just as dad had done I jumped effortlessly into the air and landed on the wooden floor beneath me.

My eyes were focused on my hands as I undid the gloves and began my walk up the stairs and towards Jaspers and my room. On my way I passed Daisy and gave her a warm smile before I ruffled her hair up with a lot of protest from her. She gave me a glare and I laughed at her expression."Good morning, sweetheart."
