"You won't get away with this!" A Youngster trainer shouted at the Team Skull grunts while he held his fainted Yungoos. He had been defeated on the trail that lead up to the long wood bridge outside of Aki Town on Melemele Island.
"Yo, we did you a favor! You come up against our boss and you'll be hurting for real!" One of the male Grunts warned.
"Admin Sukia, we've located the ruins." One of the Team Skull grunts reports to one of the admins ranked below Guzma.
"Finally." The admin mutters with impatience as she gazes out to the bridge and then down at the Youngster that was just defeated by her henchmen. "Beat it, scum."
Sukia's aggressive bark made the young trainer flinch and immediately run away with his wounded Pokémon in his arms, fleeing back to Iki Town.
***A Little While Earlier***
Yawwwn~ A white haired boy stretched as he exited his new home in Iki Town, the foreign Pokémon trainer still adjusting to the time difference from Kalos to Alola.
"I guess now that'm all rested it's time to get up goin." He reached behind him to his belt grabbing a Luxury Ball hanging from his waist.
"Come on out, Shinobi." He said while holding out the ball in his palm. There was a small click and sudden flash as a pale blue Froakie appeared in front of him.
"Morning buddy, ready to get started on our new adventure?" He asked with a smile. Froakie smiled back leaping into his trainer's shoulder exclaiming, "Froakiiiieee!"
The Pokémon trainer didn't get far since he suddenly heard crying as a Youngster dashed past crying holding in his arms a fainted Yungoos.
"Mate, you alright?" He called, the Youngster skidded to a stop tears flowing down his face.
"No... these really mean people who said they're from team skull beat up my Pokemon and stole my money..." he said sniffling as he tried to explain and then looked up at the older Pokémon trainer. "I heard them talking about capturing the island's guardian! I tried to stop them but..." The Youngster shivered. He may have been defeated by the grunts but their admin had a threatening presence. "You have to do something! But.. b- be careful." He then points up at the Mahalo Trail, a pathway that was tunneled with jungle.
The foreigner turned to look at the Mahalo Trail, "Island guardian?" he asked.
"Y-yea... they're the protectors of- of the f-four islands." The Youngster stuttered.
"Ok then... you gonna be ok?" The older trainer asked the kid.
The young boy nodded wiping a tear from his cheek. Upon looking up at the other trainer again, his eyes widened when he recognized Iki Town's newest resident. "It- it's you.. Frost!"
Frost smiled upon recognition. "Ok good. I'll be right back." Frost said while standing tall and striding through the village into the jungle. He pushed his way through the slightly overgrown path finally arriving at a wooden suspension bridge which spanned a ravine.
He saw three figures in black and white clothes at the other side of the bridge talking to one another. "Ride on my back Shinobi don't want them to see you right away."
