Prologue

{No One's POV}

It was quiet... The sound silent that makes you go deaf. It's the only sound present in this dark abyss. What remained present was a boy with white hair and silver colored eyes. There they were floating about in the fields of eternity.

???: Yuka! ....Yuka! ...We have to go! We'll be late!

A faint yell is heard through the world. The voice rang on the boy's ears as they on the open abyss. He opens his eyes to see what he could find but only lights flashing of yellow and blue began to make themselves present on the darkness that had him in wraps. It annoyed him for a bit but it was tolerable enough. Then the sound of someone singing is faintly heard.

???: We'll both miss the audition, let's go!

The feminine voice said as the he felt someone tugging his right arm. But they dismissed the feeling and ignores it. She turns back and to the his surprise, her face was blurred for him. Can't seem to recall her face.

Meanwhile, a pout can be somewhat seen plastered on her face despite the majority of it blurred out. He just chuckled a little bit at the image in front of him.

???: Come on, Yuka!

The girl said to him but then he eventually felt getting weaker. His eyes struggling to keep themselves open and in the brink of closing. Seeing that there was no use in fighting against it. He naturally let's his eyes close then putting himself on a deep and peaceful slumber.

- Tengu City -

It was currently ten in the night and a majority of the city's population were fast asleep. Laying comfortably in their bed in complete ignorance of the dangers that might unfold while some were enjoying their night away in lust. Though a a lot more people than a human being can count were only staying up late at night doing their own business.

In a certain area of the city was a headquarters standing tall. A building that's about 7 stories high though their underground levels were unknown. Multiple pieces of advance tech were seen inside the structure while also multiple people using them for monitoring, testing and many more.

In the control office, the staff there were doing their work like normal. Some of them were ranting about some stuff in their life while some were just lazing around. That was until the alarms started blaring red which startled them all but they all immediately went back into their stations and began doing basic rundowns.

Staff1: Spirit Energy signals have been read. From these readings alone, we could identity that she is a Class B.

Staff2: Team Locater found the exact location of the spike! It on the forest that is 15 kilometers from Tengu City!

Staff3: Sending intel to Captain Kusakabe now.

Meanwhile in the headquarters dorms, the said captain is seen enjoying herself a bath. A bathtub filled with lukewarm water while rose petals were seen floating. Candles surrounded the exhausted Kusakabe, and it litters the air with a fragrant and relaxing scent.

Kusakabe: Finally... A nice and relaxing bath... Nothing could take this from me.

She thought to herself as she was in bliss. Then suddenly she heard the emergency in her room go off. She sighs at herself and got off the bath. Walking back to the room as she dries her hair, she sees an email sent to her by the control room.
