I'm not sure what play/movie they where talking about, so....it's made up...I tried okay-
Pinks dad started a business, a food one, and it took off
Wesley is 15 and pink us 14; their a year &5 months apart with Pinks b-day being before Wesley's so...yes
Pinks a sophomore and Wesleys a junior
Also, pink only had half her bangs pink; not her whole head
I split it into 3 parts(hope you don't mind) that should be posted throught out this week
1st- pink and Wesley starting ti get along
2nd- before&after the split up & reunite
3rd- fluff/blast to the past
Pink, didn't know why she was auditioning for this play
Well, she did....there was extra credit involved- but she didn't kneo why she thought it was a good IDEA
Combined with her dyslexia, add, and ocd, she doubt she'd be able to actually MEMORIZE and READ the script
Something essential for an actor! This is why she wanted to be a writer, at least there you can mess up but won't be infront of people!
She was kinda regretting life right now, she sighed at the thought
She jerked back as she took a step forward and accidentally hit someone
"Oh uh- sorry" pink said meekly, looking up at a boy 2(?) yrs old
"Watch where you going" the boy, who had orange hair, growled
He turned away and pink rolled her eyes, "I said sorry...."
"What?" The boy asked
Pink stood up straighter, and glared at him, gripping the script
"I told you I saids sorry" pink stated
"And maybe you wouldn't have to have doen that if you watched yourself!" The boy replied
The two glared at eachother, until the teacher called a name and he looked at her
"Wesley chambers, come on in" the teacher said
Pink rolled her eyes looking after him, he walked out after a few minutes; face neutral
2 people later it was her turn, and she was sure she got the part
2 days later, results were up; and she got esmeralda
A name caught her eye, wesley: Erik/the phantom
"....God damn it-" Okay, so the guy she had a terrible start with, was playing her love interest
....wonderful, that was just GREAT...well, at wlast they probably won't have to be alone with eachother
*time skip*
"Okay, so while we well practice here, I'm also gonna split you guys up in pairs if 2 to practice in a more....private environment" the teacher stated
students raised their hands, and the teacher sighed
"No you don't have a choice, and yes you need to meet up to practice" He stated
The hands went down, and the teacher read off the names
"...and finally, Wesley chambers and pink diamond; playing Erik and esmeralda" the teacher finished
Both kids froze, Wesley clutched his papers while Pinks eye twitched
This, was gonna be torture
*time skip*
Pink, took a breath, she didn't know him personally, and they just had ONE bad interaction
She couldn't judge him based on that alone; so she had agreed to practise at her house after school
penny practically threatening the boy with her eyes whilst driving
They ended up practicing in Pinks room because, she honestly didn't know where else to practice at
"Okay so what do you wanna do first?" Pink asked
"...practice our lines" Wesley stated
"...well...yeah-but like- who goes first and- you know" pink stumbled over her words
"I guess I'll go first" Wesley said, looking at her lines for a moment, before getting up
They took turns practicing, Wesley always making some back handed comment; and pink retorting form it
"You should really just MEMORIZE the LINES, and question reading from the script" Wesley stated
"Oh, I'm sorry mr. Memory" pink mocks, "at least im not a dick!"
"Wha- I am not a- what you just said" Wesley said
"Uh-huh sureee" pink said and rolled her eyes, "then give me a goo reason as to why your so mean!"
"I am not MEAN, I just state facts" Wesley said
"Sure whatever" the girl replied
They sat in silence for a moment
"...so whyd you decide to audition?" Pink asks suddenly
"I- what?" Wesley asks
"Just answer the damn question!" Pink insisted
"Uh- sure, extra credit for the most part" Wesley says with a shrug
Pink hums, "yeah, same here, but also cause I always liked the play!"
"....what's your favorite part?" Wesley asked
"Hmmm....probably...the dance scene!" Pink said
Wesley nodded, "fair"
"What's your....favorite color?" Pink asked
"Red" the boy replied
"Mines pink!...obviously-" teh girl said with a laugh, gesturing to her hair streak
"Eyah- is Pink you actual name or like a nick name?" Wesley asked
Pink shrugged, "my parents are bad at names, they only named my sister Penny because she was born of national penny's day!"
Wesley snorted, suppressing a laugh, while Pink outright laughed
