panic attack

We see the lasting effects that Seth's fathers kidnapping has on Pink.

"Order for pink and maddie!" The lady at the counter said

"I'll get it" Maddie says and walks over

I nod and look around.

We're outside of the coffee shop and start feeling weird as Maddie leaves.

No one is outside so it's just me, it feels familiar.... to familiar.

It reminds me of when I got kidnapped but that's bit gonna happen again.... right?

I start to panic, what if it happens again I mean Maddie was only gone for like 5 minutes last time..... and she gone again and I'm alone.... again

I look around seeing someone walk by me. He stops and I freeze, shutting my eye bit he simple goes over to the door and opens it.

I sigh, "nothings gonna happen your fine pink, your fine...."

I breath in and out calming down.

"Ink, pink, pink!"address shouts I flinch

"Oh- hi maddie" I say

"Hey, sorry about leaving you I know that after the.... kidnapping you don't like being alone"

"It's fine" I the my coffee from her hand and we walk towards the school.

*time skip*
I breath, in and out. Gym had been rough.

We were suppose to do baseball and.... since the incident I've been afraid of the bats.

The school knows that something happened with bats and so I didn't have to participate, luckly......

But the bats where enough, just seeing then swing and hit hard... it just made me feel uneasy and well I asked if I could calm down.

The couch said yes and I went to the bathroom, now I'm breathing in and out.

The gym bell rings and people start piling into the room.

They start getting dressed and I pit on my own close, leaving as soon as I can.

After school I went to our dorm and went to my room. Keeping the door open slightly.

I sit on the bed and just think.

I hear a bang and immediately flinch and look towards the noise....... it's nothing.

One of the pencils on my desk just fell, I sigh.

"Maybe I should just ask for some calming medicine"

I've been thinking of taking some calming medicine to calm my nerves.

I do t want to take medicine on help me but it's just been.... very hard after the kidnapping.

I sigh again, "I'll have to talk to a doctor about it"

"Hey maddie imma take a nap" I shout from my room

"Alright"

I get under my blankets and try to drift off to sleep.

I feel my heartbeat calm and I close my eyes and I go to sleep as everything goes dark.
