tonight was movie night! since you two were movie FIENDS y'all needed a night dedicated to it. this mean't everything to the both of you. tonight was your turn to pick out the movie.
you walked down the stairs excited as could be. nas was already in the kitchen popping the popcorn. "y/n which movie you gone pick?" he questioned then paused from staring at the microwave.
nas turned to you immediately looking you dead in your eyes from the island. "it better not be some mushy shit neither ya ass was boo hooing from the last one you picked out" he scoffed.
"nasir that was one time" you rolled your eyes then chuckled.

the microwave beeps "whatever man the popcorn's done" nas says right before the next beep came.
nas dimmed the lights enough to where you could still see the titles of the movies.
you rummage through your movie crate filled of vhs movie gold. you had all the movies almost all genres. "hmmm.... i wanna watch something scary" you state to yourself looking through the horror section of the crate.
your eyes lit up as you spotted a movie you and nas haven't watched in ages. "ouuuuuu boo i got one" you insist popping in the tape.
"what is it?" he muffled with his mouth full of popcorn.
"THE OMEN" you smiled big. making your way to the couch plopping next to nas under your weighted blanket. "yo we haven't watched this since-" nas thinks to himself then you both blurt out at the same time
"since our first ever movie night".
"4 years ago at your moms crib on that ripped up sofa" you both laugh then nas kisses you softly on the lips. "i swear it's been shorter than that"
"word it does feel like that i put you on though" nas looks at you while stuffing his mouth with more popcorn. "you did not" "i did too you didn't know shit about the omen till you came over to my moms crib" nas debated. "nasir you didn't put me on i saw this movie before watching it with you" you debated back.
"y/n you know lying is a sin right?" nas questioned you taking a sip of his beverage. "nas what i say? now let me press play before you piss me off" you rolled your eyes resulting in you giggling.
you picked the remote sitting next to you up pointing it at the vcr and pressed play.
as you both are watching the movie nas puts his arm over your shoulder scooting closer to you. you felt somewhat protected since you were scared for your life of this movie.
-45 minutes later-
