Albus spent the next few days looking for any sign of Gellert. Even if it was only that the weathercock from the neighbouring house was looking in a different direction than usual. Then he immediately set off in the direction it was pointing until he reached the end of Godric's Hollow and had to admit to himself that it might not have been a sign after all.
Albus noticed as time passed that whenever Aberforth nagged him, or anything else stressed him, he felt a hand in his left and he immediately came down and relaxed.
Already a week had passed and there was still no sign that he would ever see Gellert again. But somehow it was in his instinct that it would not be so, and he could almost always rely on that.
A doorbell jerked him deep out of his thoughts. GELLERT?! He immediately jumped up and ran downstairs, they did not normally receive visitors. They lived rather isolated and it was uncommon for anyone to stray in. But it was Kendra, his mother, who reached the door first and opened it. "Bathilda," she called in a delighted voice. Albus's mood immediately lapsed. It was only Bathilda, a friend of his mother's and therefore the only one we had contact with in this village.
Bathilda was different from the others. She was just as strange as the Dumbledores and was in no way hostile towards them. She knew about Ariana, but she had always been nice to her, and sometimes even brought her little gifts.
Albus liked Bathilda very much, because she always had a lot to tell. Although she was the same age as Kendra, she had already seen a lot of the world and always had a new story to tell. Bathilda could narrate wonderfully, which is why she also wrote books. Mostly about the history of magic. She had once responded to a published article by Albus with a letter to the editor and they had been in contact ever since. Bathilda didn't know it, but Albus still had the letter in his room.
"Hi Albus my lovely boy!" She greeted him and hugged him tightly. But he wasn't even listening to her anymore, because someone else had entered behind her. A pretty blond boy with blue eyes. Gellert.
"Yes, this is Gellert. My nephew, he's staying with me for a few months. I thought I'd introduce him to you, he's really a very lovely boy. I thought maybe it would be nice for you to have some peer contact. He's not a girl, but at least he's more than Elphias" she laughed and sat down at a table with Kendra to start her tea.
"Hi I'm Albus" he introduced himself and extended his hand to Gellert. He thought it was best to keep their little relationship a secret for now. "Pleased to meet you, Gellert," he nodded at him as a sign that he had understood his intention. Gellert took Albus' hand and a warm feeling went trough Albus. The feeling he had missed so much.
They both sat down at the table with Kendra and Bathilda and ate cake together. "Hi Bathilda," Aberforth's voice rang out. He had just come out of his room. "Hi I'm Aberforth and you are...?" he asked Gellert, extending his hand as well. "Gellert, glad to meet you Aberforth," and he grasped his hand.
As always, Albus listened intently, but sometimes he digressed and looked at Gellert, who, however, did not look at him. "Don't you two want to go upstairs?" Bathilda asked, turning to Albus "Must be pretty boring by now."
Normally Albus would have remained seated, however there was nothing he would rather do than go up to his room with Gellert.
"Yes I'd love to" Gellert said and stood up. Pleased that Gellert had the same thoughts as Albus, he also stood up and went ahead to his room.
"Nice room" he noticed and looked around. "Thank you" Albus said a little shyly and smiled. Gellert settled down on Albus' bed, which fortunately he had made this morning.
Gellert held out his hand to Albus. The latter came slowly towards him. What was he going to do? "Don't be afraid" "I'm not afraid" Albus replied, Gellert reached his collar and pulled him close. He snapped at Albus' lips and guided him with his other hand onto his lap. Gellert bit Albus' lower lip lightly before he began to kiss him. Albus replied and lost his balance, falling onto his bed along with Gellert.
Albus had no idea how, but he knew exactly what to do. He slowly went down Gellert's neck, who guided him with one hand on the back of his head.
When he reached the shirt of his friend, Albus stopped and Gellert, with a skilful swing, turned him onto his back so that he was now on top of him. Gellert slowly unbuttoned Albus's shirt and stroked his chest with his fingers. Albus' heart was pounding. He had never been in a situation like this before, but he was too curious to stop now.
Gellert continued to pound Albus's chest, he moaned softly, afraid of being heard downstairs. Gently he stroked the back of Gellert's head and continued to enjoy the moment. When Gellert reached his waistband he stopped and slowly came back up to Albus, who wrapped his legs around him and changed his position. Now Albus also began to unbutton Gellert's shirt and he let it wash over him with a charming smile. Albus inhaled deeply and took in the smell of his counterpart.
He started kissing Gellert's upper body, but after a while he got tired and laid his head on Gellert's chest. The latter started to go through his hair and massaged him lightly. Even though Albus tried to resist, the tiredness overcame him and he closed his eyes. He felt quite safe and slowly drifted off to sleep.
