Yoshi and Ren Tanji couldn't believe it. They both made it into UA. Yoshi in 1-A, Ren in 1-F (the 1-A of the Support course.) Now both in their uniform with their backpacks, they side by side made their way to the most famous school in Japan. But not before stopping to get coffee.
"This is where we part. Meet at the school enterance after school." Ren started.
"Yeah. I'll look for you at lunch because knowing us, we wont have any friends."
"Ha. Yeah. See you later." Ren finished before parting ways with her brother to go to her own class.
"Okay. No need to be nervous. Just open the door. The big.. door with the large.. red.. letters." Yoshi contemplated before taking the plunge and opened the door. There was an angry blond with his feet on the desk, a blue robot berating the blond. A girl with a long ponytail, a boy with a bird head, and a boy with a lot of arms and a mask on. Taking his seat in the back left corner, he just looked out the window, already wanting to go home and blast music in his apartment with his twin. It all seemed like a normal day of school... until a large yellow caterpillar inched into the room that turned out to be the teacher, Shota Aizawa.
"It took you all 8 seconds to calm down. You should be in your seats and quiet by the time I walk in. I know this is short notice, but put these on." The teacher said as he gave everyone a gym uniform.
Yoshi followed the boys into the changing room, and kinda hid in the corner so the other males in the room wouldn't see his scars. After, he walked to the field where the class found out they would be doing a quirk apprehension test.
"What?" A girl with brown hair asked. "What about the orientation?"
"We don't have time for that. The teachers hear can change their class as they see fit. Bakugo, you got the highest score on the enterance exam. What was your softball throw in junior high?"
"67 meters I think."
"Now do it again, but with your quirk."
"Okay." The loud blond winded up before using explosions to lengthen his throw. "DIE!!!"
"705.2 meters. Now, we are going to go through the rest of the tests. Whoever gets the lowest score will be deemed as having no potential and will be expelled." Most people became outraged by that.
"What? That's not fair." One student yelled out.
"Oh. You thing natural disasters are, or power hungry villains. Hmm? Or catastrophic accidents that wipe out whole cities." With that, the tests began.
50 and 100 meter run: Yoshi turned into a fox with a red puff of cloud and ran, getting 6th in the 50 meter and 5th in the 100 meter.
Long jump: Once again as a fox, Yoshi did the jump and landed a solid 9th place.
Grip test: Surrounding his hand with the forciefield, he squeezed the device, getting 213.0 kilograms.
Side step: His quirk didnt really help with this, so he had to do it normally. He came 5th.
Ball throw: Standing in the circle, he surrounded the ball with the forciefield, and made a bat out of the forciefield. He threw the ball into the air before swinging at it with the bat. It went a whopping 713.4 meters.
End of the test: At the end of the test the scores were shown. In total, Yoshi got 6th out of 21. Not bad at all.
"Also, I was lying. No one is getting expelled." The green haired boy named Midoriya was relieved, as he came in 21st.
____________ By lunchtime, most people found their groups. Midoriya, Uraraka, Tsu as she like people to call her, and iida all sat at one table. Bakugo, Ashido, Kirishima, Kaminari, Sero, and Jiro were at another. A little bit away was Tokoyami, Sato, Koda, Shoji, Ojiro, Mineta, and Hagakure sat. Then at the small outside table fit for at most 6 people, sat the twins Yoshi and Ren, as well as a girl named Hatsume Mei from Ren's class, and a boy name Shinso Hitoshi from the general studies class 1-C who was only there because it had the least amount of people. Most of the talking was done by Ren and Hatsume, with Yoshi adding his input every so often, Shinso adding into the conversation once or twice. Overall, it was a nice conversation to have on a nice day.
____________________ Withing an undecided amount of time (I can't remember exactly when this happened) it was time for class 1-A to have their first heroics class, with none other than All Might.
"It is time for heroics. Take you numbered case and go get dressed." All Might exclaimed. Taking his case, Yoshi once again goes to the corned of the changing room to get into his hero costume.

"Now, you are each going to reach your hand into the box, and pull out a ball with a letter on it. The two who have that letter will be partners." With a bit of commotion, everyone one by one took a ball. As Yoshi pulled his hand out, he looked at the letter.
"N/A" he muttered. "All Might Sensei, mine says 'N/A', what does that mean?"
"Ah, young Tanji. Since we have an odd number of students, you will not participate. I am sorry." He sounded very sincere.
"Its fine." Yoshi replied before going and sitting in the corner of the viewing room for the rest of the class.
________ Fun fact: I'm going to try to do a cool little fact that isnt necessarily important to the story but just a lil' fact after every chapter. Today's fact is about the twins. Both Ren and Yoshi are ambidextrous, but Ren favors her right hand, while Yoshi favors his left.
