The girl smiled at me and I smiled back. She looked strangely familiar. She looks like Jess! Damn she does! Her eyes were a different colour but her hair was very similar to Jess. My thoughts were interrupted when suddenly Maroon 5's Sugar filled the silence of the elevator.
Damn this song made me feel dancy, is that even a word? No Nick you idiot. Then I realized that wasn't elevator music. Its her ringtone.
She shot me an appologetic look and answer the phone. I nodded in response. I shouldn't be eavesdropping but I couldn't help but wonder.
A second later she put her phone on her ear, and the eavesdropping begins.

"Hey sister!.... Yes... No.... I'm in the elevator... My apartment silly!... Hahaha... Tonight?.... Okaay see you then!.... Bye Jess!" She hung up and looked at me once more as if she wants to say something but hesitated.
What the damn hell? She called the caller Jess! But is it my Jess? But wait who am I to claim someone's mine when she have never been mine to begin with? Why is my heart beating out of my chest right this instant!? Curiosity is killing me. I couldn't help it anymore. I composed myself to ask and I opened my mouth to speak.
"I'm sorry", I spoke with confidence, "I overheard earlier. Is Jess your sister? The girl with bangs covering her pale blue eyes?"
I mentally slapped myself, really Nick? Is that the best description of her?
"What a weird description of her hahah... But yes Jess" she showed me a picture of her
She wore a bright pink sundress with a huge pink bow on her head. It looked like a bird pooped pink poop on her hair. It was so weird.
I'm sorry that was horrible. But despite that enormous bow she looked beautiful, just like when I first saw here. Her pale blue eyes, her pink lips, I wonder how it feels like to kiss her.
"She is my sister", She answered intterupting my thoughts.
I grinned too wide for my liking
Now what have we got here JACKPOT! This is an opportunity I can take meet her again.
I cannot control my emotion at this moment and she looked at me worriedly and cleared her throat.
"Hey dude! Are you okay?"
I must be gawking like an idiot. And I cleared my throat.
"Yes, I'm fine. Its just that Jess is my friend, and I haven't met her for awhile..."
"Oh you're her friend! Okay I'm just going to give you her number okay?", She asked politely.
"Sure, that'll be nice", I grinned excitedly I might look like an elf.
After dictating her number the lift door opened and she waved goodbye as she went out.
Thank you god for making this easy for me.
