Gojo Satoru's Lil Secret

Chapter 1- Suspicion

It was a new year. And Gojo Satoru sighed- a rare occurrence for such a cheery person. 

"Toge's a second year now." he thought, sighing while pinching the bridge of his nose. "I'll hope he'll be ok."

After he turned a corner, he spied Inumaki among the second year group. It was quite easy actually, seeing as there was only about ten students in the whole of Tokyo Jujitsu Tech. Inumaki was with Maki Zenin and Panda who were conversing so loudly that even Principal Yoshinbu might've heard him in Kyoto, while Inumaki was nodding vigorously, while occasionally shaking his head. (srry if i spelt the principal's name wrong)

Gojo smirked and thought, "Yeah, Inumaki's a big boy now he'll be alright. Plus, he's got Maki and Panda with him." 

Gojo fought the onslaught of tears that threatened to fall. Luckily he was wearing a blindfold, otherwise Ireri sensei (srry if i spelt it wrong again) who was passing by, might've given him a full body checkup to see if he was out of his mind or not, crying like that. 

Timeskip to start of school

Inumaki went into a fighting stance as Maki Zenin threw a punch at him, which he dodged. Maki wielded her sabre, and attempted to cut Inumaki apart. Meanwhile, Panda and Itadori Yuuji (a first year for those of u who haven't watch Jujitsu Kaisen) were sitting on the bench betting the outcomes of the match. Gojo was also there watching his son proudly, secretly betting that Toge would win. 

"Fall." Inumaki commanded.

And with that, Maki fell to the floor and Inumaki won the sparring match. 

"Yesssssss!!!!" yelled Panda as he stuck his tongue out at Yuuji who had lost the bet. Whilst Itadori was screaming at Panda for a sparring match, Gojo grinned, glad that Toge won. He didn't notice Maki standing right next to him, and kept on grinning broadly at the sun while standing on the grassy hill. 

"Are you happy that Inumaki just defeated me or are you just bonkers?" demanded Maki.

"A bit of the first and none for the second," replied Gojo in a cheery tone. "Now let's go get a drink and pick up the other first yearssss!"

The group followed Gojo to the vending machines and got themselves a drink.

What they got:

Inumaki: Cold, red bean soup (in a can) (inspired by Midorima Shintaro- check out Kuroko no Basuke)

Maki: Coffee (very mature)

Panda: Cane juice (most similar to bamboo I could think of)

Itadori: FRESH apple Juice (his fav in this fic)

And lastly, 

Gojo: Pink, Strawberry milk (very mature choice- totally)

Timeskip to after the drive to pick up Nobara and Fushiguro

"Ah! Fushiguro! Sorry I sent you to fetch Nobara and take her alll the way to Tokyo after you got beaten up by the curse and Sukuna! Anyway, look at the pics I took of you! My instagram page got really popular after I posted you on it!" Gojo chattered away before turning to Nobara. "So YOU must be Nobara Kugisaki, I'm Gojo Satoru, your instructor. Welcome to Jujitsu Tech!".

"Overly excited adults like you are creepy." Nobara stated bluntly, leaving Gojo's pride to crumble.

"Yeah sometimes it's actually creepy," added Maki.

"Really?" Yuuji asked.

Panda, sensing that his bestie, Inumaki was a bit uncomfortable for whatever reason, decided to head back to the taxi with Toge. 

"I don't really see him as creepy. I just see him as struggling and needing lots of help most of the time." Inumaki said to Panda, which came out as, "Okaka. Taro and pickle." (srry guys im not japanese so im not so sure if that is in onigiri and im too lazy to search it up. also, I just made up some random stuff, so don't apply it if it actually appears in season 2 of the anime.)

Maki, who had followed closely behind with Yuuji understood this and spaced out. 

"Struggling? Needing help? Either Toge knows something we don't or he's spouting nonsense." Maki thought. "Gojo sensei is strong and has a cheesy sense of humour."

But then again, Toge almost never lied, especially to Panda. 

"Hey Maki senpai! Hurry up or you'll miss the cab! Even Gojo sensei got in before you." Yuuji yelled, pulling Maki out of her thoughts. 

The ride home was filled with chatter, but neither Maki or Inumaki answered their questions with more than a quick yes or no.

Gojo knew something was up with Maki. His spider senses were tingling. The others noticed this too. He also knew something was up with Toge. A lightbulb suddenly came into his head.

"Were they dating? And Maki might be sore about Toge being favoured by him or losing. Yes! That's it!" Gojo sensei rubbed his hands together while clicking the pieces of the jig saw puzzle together. (ps it might not be obvious but they are still on the cab and the jig saw puzzle is basically when u figure something out then u click them together) But little did he know, he wasn't unravelling their non-existent secret, he was revealing his. 

The cab screeched to a halt and everyone got off the cab, following a Cheshire cat faced Gojo Satoru back to Jujitsu High.
