Chapter 4- What happened Inumaki POV

Little did she know that Gojo wasn't crazy- he was just a overprotective dad.

Inumaki POV

I told dad that my medicine ran out yesterday night and Ieiri senpai was busy tending to Yuuji's twisted ankle so I couldn't tell her. He took me to his office and he just told me to hang on because Ieiri couldn't find the bottle and would need to pick it up at the pharmacy later today. Halfway when he was talking to me, my vision blurred.

Not good.

His talking was eventually drowned out by the ringing in my ears. My mind swam and my throat started to burn.

I coughed lightly onto a napkin. I could hold up.

Not really.

As the next few minutes went by, I coughed more often and more harshly. Eventually my blood soaked a couple of tissues and didn't stop.

I felt something hit my back. After a while, I just realised that I just fell of my chair and onto the wooden floor. I also heard Ieiri and Principal Yaga enter the room.

Then they left.

Through my hazy vision, I saw dad yelling my name and shaking me.

It was a strange sensation seeing death in the horizon and your lungs burning while your toes feel numb and icy. 

I'd only felt close to this once. But that was different. I had my medication back then and I don't have it now. 

I started to close my eyes. I gathered up my last breath to something.

"Please get help soon if pos...si...bl...e."

I felt my voice break. A flash of green hair was there in the doorway. I felt my eyes slowly widen.

"Ma...ki?" I stuttered out.

My eyes started to close and my lungs were burning worse than ever. 

I didn't want to die. I really didn't.

It was different from dying in battle. I had so many regrets.

I held onto dad's arm. 

And hoped that I would survive this.
