Chapter 10

Chapter 10: To fight for our rights.

"I hereby name you Yugioh, you have proven you are a gamer of heart, and with your way of playing games you easily manage to gain the trust of others what will become your task to gain new clan people but also to help Neko's out to figure out how to be a Neko." Pharaoh calls out to the young cat in front of him. he looks proudly towards his little lover while the clan loudly claps and cheers out the name Yugi now has received.

When the clan calms down the eldest cat walks towards the front taking the place of the Alpha cat fulfilling one more duty before he goes to enjoy his retirement. When he entered the clan, he indeed saw the young Alpha has much to learn about leading a clan, he happily offered a hand to help his grandson and took temporary the place over to guide him, with that he also took Yu-kit under his wing in preparation of becoming Alpha's mate.

The old Alpha ordered two of his own Beta's to take their role inside the clan, Thief and Tomb Keeper were allowed to keep their position, but they needed to agree on proper training. They did accept on these terms and started training. With the guidens of the old Alpha, or as Yu-kit liked to call him... Grand Alpha which made them all chuckle and getting that name when he was welcomed inside the clan. And the third Beta Killer also known as Duke, and fourth Beta Loyal also known as Honda, this clan became a strong well-oiled machine ready to face the world.

Heart and Queen got a third healer, but this one is born into the roll, the three decided to share every knowledge they gather over the years and learn from each other.

Malik who has something with leather, decided to ask Queen to teach him make the chokers for new clanmates together with the medals coming along with it. Queen gave that task gladly at him and with a few other Omega cats, he designed his own choker line.

So now after four months of intense training, settling everybody and closing friendships with each other, Joe-kit who was given his adult name fighter and getting a guarding job. Yu-kit turned 18 yesterday and he now is renamed into Yugioh and will become Alpha's mate in a few minutes.

"Before I retire as Alpha, and go to enjoy my retirement, I see it fit as old Alpha to do one more task, a task I hoped to lay upon my own daughter, but now lay upon my own grandson." He says before he looks towards Queen who sits proudly in King's lap.

Pharaoh joins next to Yugioh, happy it can happen with a real Alpha cat instead of his human father. "Pharaoh, are you willing to take this clan to be yours, to guide it and keep it healthy as it is now, allow it to grow and thrive into an even stronger one it is already."

"I am!" Pharaoh claims proudly.

"Are you willing to take Yugioh not only as your mate, but also as your partner within the leadership of this clan?" grand Alpha asks the younger Alpha.

The cat sits up straight while looking towards his grandfather. "I am!" he says strongly.

"Are you willing to guide him, to teach him, and when necessary to let him lead the clan?"

"I am."

"Then by the power of my previous Alpha leader before me, I hereby dub you Pharaoh! Clan Alpha leader of the Choker clan!" grand Alpha claims loudly and the cats all roar proudly for their new Alpha.

When the roaring settles down the Gran Alpha turns towards the youngest cat in front of him. "Yugioh, are you willing to join Pharaoh in his quest not only as his soul mate, but also as his partner within the leadership of this clan?"

Yugioh needs to swallow his nerves away, but he manages to find confidence inside the cat next to him. "I do."

"Are you willing to take over when Pharaoh isn't able to do so, even take decisions you rather not want to take in real life?"
