Chapter 31

Taehyung ran back to the stage ignoring everyone in his way---cameras, manager even Yoongi as he tries to make his way out of the heavy crowd that was forming around him to congratulate him on his brilliant performance.

Where did you go, baby?

"Are you searching for Jeongguk?" Jimin suddenly says, smirking, startling Taehyung as he appeared out of nowhere.

"Yeah, where did he go? He was just there" Taehyung says frustrated, as he spots the black haired male nowhere in the crowd.

"He just left. Yoongi said he wasn't going to bring him with but he was whining so he just allowed him to attend your performance and made him promise that he will leave as soon as your performance ends" Jimin utters, now feeling sad when he saw the singer's face dropping and his shoulders drop down.

"Oh"

"But he might still be in the parking lot so you can try" He says, and Taehyung's face light up before he runs towards the elevator not even caring to remove his mic away.

"Whipped" Jimin chuckles looking at the retrieving figure of the singer. Before he turns around when he felt a hand on his waist, the CEO nuzzling his face in his neck.

"Where did he go?" Jimin chuckles before turning around in older's arms and bring him in a hug.

"Where do you think?" Jimin says and Yoongi shakes his head exactly knowing where the younger male ran off to.

"To Jeongguk"

"Hm"

"What do you say about his performance?" Jimin asks, hesitant.

"It was good, very good---actaully I was not expecting it to be that brilliant but I am not shocked. I knew it from the very start that if he is given the right platform he will use it in the best way"

Jimin smiles widely feeling so proud over his best friend. He was there the whole time to witness everything Taehyung had to go through to reach where he is now, and he can't be anymore proud.

A few moments were gone in peaceful silent as many people started leaving after being disappointed for not seeing the young and new idol in the hall.

"As long as I remember, Taehyung and Jennie were supposed to do the debut on the same day, then why did you change your decision?" Jimin asks confused because he knows the older in never the one to change his decision like this.

"I just felt like" Yoongi sheeply smiles.

"Don't lie Yoonie" Jimin pouts and the older let out a laugh.

" I didn't want Taehyung to feel like he has to share his stage someone---I wanted it to be his day. Now wait and watch how high this day is going to lead him to" Yoongi smiles and Jimin smiles back getting emotional.

"I hope so" He whispers and Yoongi kisses his forehead bringing him near as he hugs him tightly.

"It will"

Taehyung was panting when he reached the underground private parking lot. His sharp eyes scan the hall and spots Jeongguk nowhere. He walks further into the hallway taking the turn to the VIP hall and immediately spots the younger walking towards the car---three bodyguards following him.

He let out a relieved breath that the model was still there.

"Baby!" Jeongguk flinches as a loud voice calls him. He absurdly turns around, his shocked eyes land on the singer who was now slowly walking towards him.

There was a huge distance as the older one was still standing on the entry door and Jeongguk was already deep in parking lot.

Jeongguk was startled when his bodyguards stand protectively infront of him, covering his body behind them as they spot an unfamiliar male walking towards the model.
