Chapter 4

{Sierra}

Once Sierra got to her hotel room, she changes out of her flowy, floral dress into her fuzzy pajama pants and a t-shirt that has cats on it. She goes to the bathroom to wash her face and brush her teeth. She then flips her head over and creates a messy bun.

"Ok, now I'm ready for bed," she tells herself.

Just as she starts to get settled under the covers, she hears a knock on the door. She opens the door only to notice it's Ramin.

"Hey Sierra, mind if - " he stops after he realizes she was getting ready for bed.

"Of course not, come in." She interrupts him and smiles, "So, do you need anything?"

"No, I just thought we could hang out like we used to, by you can go to bed if you want..."

"No, please stay. I'm not even tired." Sierra says.

"Ok." Ramin said smiling. Oh gosh, Sierra was staring at him. She couldn't get over the fact that his black hair was all scruffy and messy. She thought it was so cute. She also couldn't get over the fact that his dimples were plopped on his face perfectly. Gosh, he was really cute. Sierra maybe was thinking that she maybe liked him... like more than a friend.

"So..." Sierra could see that Ramin noticed she was staring. Sierra just kinda laughs awkwardly hoping he didn't really notice.

'Gosh Sierra, stop staring, he's married and has children.' She thought to herself.

"Wait, where's your wedding ring??" She blurted out. Maybe that wasn't the best thing to say... her checks start to turn red.

"Oh, Mandy divorced me." Ramin looks downward.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry, that was a stupid thing for me to ask..."

"No, no, you're fine. How are things with Tam?"

"Well, he broke off the engagement. I don't really know why, but I'm over it." Sierra says. It seems like she doesn't really care about Tam anymore. Tam was Sierra's Fiance. They were dating for over a year then he proposed. But just like that, he broke it off. Sierra suspected that he at found somebody new.

"Oh, Sierra. I'm so sorry." He says while reaching out for Sierra's hand. He holds her hand for about ten seconds and then stands up to find the TV remote.

"Shall we have another movie night? Like we used to?" he smirks. Sierra nods yes to him. Sierra signals Ramin to come sit next to her on the bed. They finally found something interesting to watch. They ended up putting "The Anchorman" on. Sierra could feel her eyes starting to close.

{Ramin}

While Ramin is watching the movie, he can't stop thinking about Sierra. 'Was she really staring at me? Did Tam really dump her? What if I was her boyfriend?' Ramin shakes his head.

'Of course she's not interested. She probably is still upset over Tam. She doesn't need another relationship. I would just distract her.'

Sierra opens her eyes and she yawns. "Oh. I'm sorry, I fell asleep. I promise it won't happen again."

"No, it's fine. You need to sleep and I should leave so I'll see you tomorrow."

"Ok, Ramin. I'll see ya tomorrow," she smiled. He just kind of smiles and stands there for another five seconds admiring her beauty. He waves goodbye and leaves the room.
