CHAPTER 18: THE BATTLE PT. 3

JENNIE POV

"Li-lisa h-h-honey?!" I was shocked by what I'm seeing right now. My rival, the person I wanted to kill i-is m-m-y girlfriend who was just her the whole time?!

"What are you waiting for?" I watch Lisa stand weakly and grab my hand, pointing my gun on her chest "Go ahead! Kill me!" Lisa shouts and looking at me deeply, her eyes explains disappointment, sadness, anger and love. And here I am, can't even move a single nerve~

"What's wrong with you Jennie!" I heard mom shouting followed by a loud gunshot. There I saw Lisa spit out some blood and stumbling backwards, still maintaining her balance and wipes the blood from her mouth off and look at me coldly then back to my mother "Come here Kim!" Lisa shouts and shoot my mother. Running towards the forest~

"That kid!" Mom screams and runs after Lisa

What the hell is happening?!

"Yah bitch!" I watch Rosie's mom run after them together with Jisoo's mom and here I am... Still don't know what to do after what I saw a while ago. It breaks me so much seeing that the person that I wanted to kill was my girlfriend all along that I can't explain all the emotions I am feeling right now~

"Hey!" I look to where the voice came and saw Jisoo and Rose running "Where the fuck are y- JENNIE?!" Both of them stop and look at me in shock. Well I was shock to see them too "Wh-what are you doing here?" I ask, trying to be serious.

"What's with the gun and wait- you're a mafia?" Jisoo scoffs "And to answer your question... We are protecting Lisa! Aish that stubborn mafia! Chairman will kill me if something happens to his grandchild!" Jisoo hisses

"Gr-grandchild?!" My eyes widens "Yes Chairman A'a grandchild" No wonder why she's keeping her family background. She's the grandchild of a Mafia boss. What will happen to us now? "She must have a lot of secrets" I giggle sadly

"No Jen~ It was for her safety" Roseanne stated "You know our mother's were chosen as Chairman A's successors. Well~ Lisa's mom is one of them too"

"So you knew Lisa's mom?" I scoff "So you three already knew each other?! You're planning something on me right?!"

"Lisa's mother and mine are twins sisters so we're cousins. Jisoo? She just knew" Rose explains coldly and gives me death glare "Not only that~ You mother actually attacked us and killed Lisa's mom"

"WH-WHO?!" My eyes widen and ask again to clarify. Mom k-killed Lisa's mother? How come I didn't know?! I know all of her missions!

"You heard it! Long story short everyone in the organization only knew that Chairman had one child which is Ji-ah Manoban who is the possible next chairman of WMO. Your mother thought Lisa's mom killed your grandma so she seeked for revenge. Hitting 2 birds with one stone" Jisoo explains 

"So when she kills Lisa's mom, she has a chance to be the next chairman and she gets revenge for her mother" Rose rolls her eyes

"So Lisa has been using me all this time~ For revenge" I clench my jaw and laugh sadly

"No Jennie~" Rose shakes her head and sighs "Lisa was hoping that you're not like your mother. She loves you so much that it hurts her when she agreed to Mrs. Song to use you for revenge"

"Are you saying this so I won't kill her?" I coldly ask and grab my gun out. They might be brainwashing me and will attack me later one

"No! Rosie is stating the fact! Lisa actually likes you since she met you" Jisoo quickly utters "She just wanted to protect you Jennie because she is Chairman's secret weapon, she's in danger from the very start when someone spread news about Chairman's secret weapon" Jisoo explains and I don't even know if I should believe them

"She loves you Jennie~ I promise you that over my dead body" Roseanne stated making my tears fall all of a sudden. It stings my heart after hearing all of these~

What should I do?

I promise myself that I'll kill my rival...

And I promise to the love of my life that I'll kill the person whoever killed her mother....

"I know you hate my cousin now~" Rose sighs and looks at Jisoo who clears her throat "If you're planning to kill Lisa... Well get through us first" Jisoo coldly stated and grabs her gun

"No~ I love Lisa" I seriously stated "And I accept her for who she is~" I said and all of a sudden I flinch when I heard continuous gunshots from the forest. I remember that Lisa went there "Shit Lisa!" I grab the gun from Jisoo and run towards the forest

"JENNIE!"

LISA POV

"Come here" Mrs. Kim continuously shoots as I hide behind the tree and shoot back. I reloaded my guns with the last set of bullets I have and shoot as Mrs. Kim pulls a trigger on me. I hold my shoulder because of the pain the bullet gave me and shoot her back again and again that made her fall

"Come out Lisa!" She groans and I saw her stand up from the bushes that she fell into "How dare you take my place?!" She screams like a psycho and shoots continuously, not caring about her bullets. I was about to shoot again when my gun ran out of bullets

"Shit!" I mumble and run away, avoiding the bullets until I found a big tree trunk "You killed my mother so I will end you bitch! And I will never let you take over my grandpa's organization" I grab my knife and take a peek, aiming at her when she pulls the trigger that made me throw my knife straight at her chest

"Argh!" I cough out some blood and hold my chest when blood comes out continuously

Is this the end of me?

"Come out you bitch!" I heard Mrs. Kim, the immortal bitch shouts and shoots again. I don't know what happened but I fell on the ground with Jennie on top of me. Now I will be fighting with the daughter too?!

"Stay down~" She coldly stated while laying on my chest, she grabs another knife in my pocket and throws it at her mother then she looks at me coldly when we heard a commotion. We both take a peek and saw Jisoo and Rosie's mother fighting Mrs. Kim

"What are you doing? Do you want to end me?" I coldly ask and give her another knife. Jennie hisses and throws the knife at the side "Why didn't you tell me that my mother killed your mom?!"
