i wake up to my twin sister banging on my door, "what the fuck" i say angrily opening my door "i'm sorry but you need to help, Drew is at the bottom of my window, i don't know what to do" my sister says panicking.
"stay here" i say firmly as i walk out my bedroom door and down the hall, i knock on the door at the end and our older brother Theo answers, "what the fuck it's 3am" he says half asleep, "come, we're going to kill this motherfucker" Theo looks confused but follows me down the stairs anyway.
as we go for the front door my mom comes out of her bedroom "and where do you think you two are going?" she says rubbing her eyes, "we're not sneaking out mom, Drew is outside Laylas window, im done with his shit"
I can see my moms face fill with anger as she hears what's going on, "both of you stay inside, im waking your dad" she walks back to her room and a few moments later our tall, muscly, boxer dad walks out of the room.

i'm sitting on my brothers bed freaking out, why the fuck is he at my house at 3am, why the fuck did he text me off a random number telling me to look out my window, why the fuck is this boy so obsessed with me.
now i am 100% sure we are moving to georgia, i don't care about anything else i can't be feeling unsafe in my own house.
-8:30am-
i wake up not remembering how i fell asleep but i'm on Hugo's couch with a blanket over me and my brother is in his bed still asleep.
an hour goes by and i'm on my phone, finally Hugo wakes up and says good morning. We talk for a while about what happened last night and i cry a lot.
*knock knock*
"Layla pack a bag for a few weeks, your going to stay with Kylee while we search for a house" my mom says as she barges into Hugo's room.
"uh okay, when do i go?" i say confused "tonight at 6, we will drop you to the plane and Kylee and her mom will be waiting for you at the gate when you get there, we need to leave asap" i can hear the panic in my moms voice, as much as she's trying to hide it i know she's worried for me and i definitely feel bad.
i go back to my own room and facetime Kylee and we talk while i pack my suitcase.

yeah i'm okay, i'll be better when i leave though, but it's all a long story i'll explain to you tonight.
ahhh tonight! can you believe we're gonna be together tonight!
i'm so exited! then i'll never leave!
