i wake up to the shower running and kylee nowhere to be seen. i jump out of bed and go towards the wardrobe where my clothes were neatly hung up in the left half. i pick out a nice outfit and sit on kylee's bed while i wait.

i put on a little makeup and straighten my hair, when we're both ready we rush downstairs and quickly eat some toast before we have to leave.
"bye mom we're going to the walton's!" kylee yells out to her mom who's in the living room, "bye girls have fun!" her mom yells back.
"you exited to meet Jaden?" she teases, "more exited to meet jayla" i shrug my shoulders.
i go on my phone just scrolling through instagram and tiktok while we drive there, i snap everyone back a photo of kylee driving.

i can't help but smile at his snap, i mean he's fucking hot, im exited to actually meet him though.
"okay Ky maybe u were right" i say nervously "im always right, but what about?" she jokes, "maybe this Jaden kid won't be too bad?" "that's what i've been telling u Lay" she smiles "just look at this" i face my phone towards her as we stop in traffic, she looks at the picture of Jaden and shrugs. "you can't tell me you don't think he's fine" i say shocked "he's okay but he's like my little brother, but u go for it girl!!".
finally we arrive at Jaylas house and get out of the car, we walk to the front door and Kylee knocks, a brunette boy around my age opens the door.
"hey guys" he opens the door wider so we can walk in, "this is Layla she just moved here" Kylee says talking to the boy, "hi Layla i'm Javon how u doing" he smiles "good thanks" i smile back.
Kylee and I head upstairs and into Jaylas room "hey guys!!!" she runs over and hugs us both, "Jaylaaa!!" Kylee squeals "hey Jayla!" i match their energy.
we sit on Jaylas bed for hours, talking and making a lot of tiktoks. we're making the 'that's my fuckin evil twin' tik tok when there's a knock on the door, "come in!" jayla yells.
a tall, brown haired boy wearing a baseball jersey opens the door, immediately we make eye contact and it's the boy on snapchat, looks me up and down and smiles.
holy shit, this boy is even more beautiful in real life. "hey layla" he lets out a slight smile, "hey" i say nervously. "good to see you too jaden" kylee says in a sarcastic tone, "oh mb hi kylee" we all laugh.
"alr just thought i'd come say hey, im going to shower see u guys" he says walking back towards the door "bye" jayla and kylee say in sync, "bye" i look up from my phone to catch another glimpse of this perfect boy.
