While driving, Liam is still thinking about what happened. He also doesn't seem to remember anything about the reunion. While lost in his thoughts, his phone started to ring. The one calling him is Yui, he wants to reject it because he doesn't want to be questioned but ended up answering it.
Yui: Hon? Where are you?
Liam: I'm currently driving home, why?
Yui: Ah I see, I'll be cooking breakfast now. But before that...
Liam: Hm?
Yui: I heard from Ian that you passed out from drinking and Iris drove you home.
Liam: What?!
Yui: Ummm, is your reception slow?
Liam realized that he reacted suspiciously and said "Yes, the reception sucks here haha.
Yui: Where were you last night? If what Ian said is right...
Liam: Umm actually after I passed out I was pretty drunk and...
Yui: and?
Liam: I told Iris to book a hotel room for me since I don't want you to see me on such a pathetic state...
Yui: I'm not the type to get angry just because my husband is drunk though...
Liam: Sorry, I'll make it up to you okay?
Yui: Fine. Drive home safely.
He lied. Everything he told was a lie. It was the first time he lied to Yui.
(At home)
The moment the door opened, Yui welcomed her husband with a hug.
"Welcome back", she said with a smile on her face. Liam smiled back at her but couldn't seem to look at his wife in the eye.
He can still feel the side effects of sleeping with another woman, and that is none other than guilt.

Yui was alone at that time and cooking since Liam is currently out and buying some groceries. She suddenly heard her husband's phone ringing from their room. She went upstairs and looked for it. She found it on the drawer but she missed the timing to answer. Yui waited for another phone call, but instead of receiving a call, someone messaged. Surprisingly, it was Iris' number. She opened the messaging app and the contents of the message was something that made her froze right on the spot.
"Liam, I'm pregnant. You should take responsibility for this!"
Meanwhile, Liam who just opened the gate smelled that something is burning. He immediately opened the door of their house and thank god it was just the bacon. He turned off the gas stove and went upstairs. There he saw Yui standing like she have seen a ghost pass by. He put his hands on Yui's shoulder but she slapped his hands off. Her face looks lifeless and then her eyes started glaring at Liam. She sighed and handed the phone to him. He read it and looked horrified. Yui walked out calmly at first but later on ran after leaving the house. Liam followed her but he was too late.
He saw Yui's dead body next to a car crashed on a post.
