Y/n pov:

Almost all of the workers had gone home exept me, ms. Lee and the guards downstairs so i did went inside the office to find my boss

Crying? i quickly ran to her and asked "ms. Lee why are you crying?" she then look up to me and said "none of your business"she can still manage to speak coldly even when she's crying? I sighed "ms. Lee you have to tell me the problem so i can atleast comfort you!"i slightly shout i saw her flinched i now regretted my actions after a moment i hug her "is this about a family matter?"i ask she stay silent not even a sound was heard from her so I'm guessing i'm right i pat her head as she looked at me confused "what? You won't tell me what's wrong so i have no idea on how to comfort you"

IU pov:

After she said that i stayed silent for a few more minutes before saying "i just don't want to have dinner with my dad and his new lover"i said with a hint of coldness "you know for people like you, you should have someone who you trust enough to open your problem with"she said "the thing is i hate relying on someone" "you really are an odd one"she said "you shouldn't talk to you're boss like that"i said in my cold voice "but i'm here as your friend" i felt my heart ache when she said that 'why am i feeling like this?'i thought "i don't have a friend"i heard her sigh "may i know why does your dad have a new lover?"she asked slowly "my mom's dead"i said shortly i saw how shock she was "i'm sorry about that ms. She did broke the silent "ms. And then a guy's voice was heard

"princess where are you?"

I felt jealousy

I took my phone and texted my driver saying to wait me in front after that i grab my things and did grab y/n's after that i carried y/n bridal style
