I had been feeling like crap for the last month, so a day that Chris wasn't at home and the kids were at school I decided to take a pregnancy test, and while I was waiting I called Lizzie:
"hey Hayley, is everything okay?"
"yeah, but I was wondering if you were free right now?"
there was a silence broke by Lizzie saying:
"yes, I just finishing shooting why? is everything okay?"
"yeah, yeah, it's just that I want to be with someone that is not Chris"
"what, you had problems with him?"
"no, no god, I just need a friend"
"okay, I'm coming over right now"
I hung up and looked at the pregnancy test that laid upside down on the sink
I waited ten minutes and the doorbell rang, so I hurried downstairs and opened the door for Lizzie, I grabbed her by her arm and together we got up to my bathroom, at first she didn't know what was happening, but when she saw the pregnancy test, she gasped and asked me:
"are you?"
I shrugged my shoulders and told her:
"I don't know, that's why I called you, I didn't want to look at it alone"
she smiled at me and said:
"well then hurry! I want to know if I'm going to be an aunty again"
I chuckled and closed my eyes as I turned the pregnancy test around, Lizzie gasped and began to shake my by my shoulders, and without notice tears were coming down my cheek:
"are you kidding me Lizzie?" I asked her
"see it for yourself" she told me
so I opened my eyes and smiled when I saw the word: 'positive' written there, I began to cry again and instantly the main door opened and Chris's voice asked:
"hey Hayley, I'm home honey!"
I wiped away my tears and Lizzie and me got out of the bathroom:
"I'm here Chris" I said back to him, I began to go down the stairs and when I was in front of him his smiled disappeared and asked me:
"hey hon, is everything okay?"
I nodded and jumped into his arms to whisper on his ear:
"I'm pregnant Chris"
"what!" he says "shut up Hayley!"
I giggled and nodded:
"I'm pregnant Chris"
"Oh my god!" he yelled again as tears began to roll dow his cheeks
I chuckled and laid on his chest as he kissed my head:
when the kids came home and we told them that I was pregnant again all of them went crazy, in the good way, and that made me cry, because everything that I had ever wanted was right now in front of my eyes
