I impatiently tap my foot on the furnished wood of our patio deck as I wait for Ezlyn to come downstairs. As if she had heard my thoughts she came running down the stairs and outside into the patio.
She politely greeted us as she took a piece of toast and seated herself right next to Edward. We sat in silence for a while anxiously waiting for someone to say something. Since no one spoke, I decided to get right to the point.
"I apologize for waking you all up so early, but-" I was cut off by Tilly laughing at something on her phone. Aissata snatched her phone away from her and gave me a 'go-on' look.
"As I was saying before I was rudely interuppted, I apologize for waking you all up early but Edward and I have some important news to tell you." I said.
"Wait, mom are you pregnant because if you are YAAAY!!" Ezlyn said with pure excitement in her eyes.
