↬ you must be 13+ to apply

↬ if you wish for your application to be considered, share the account on your message board

↬ spend time and effort on this, it's not very long but it's crucial

↬ you may only fill out the form once, but feel free to dm us if you'd like to apply for a different position

↬ your password is your favourite ice cream flavour

↬ you may apply for a new position even if you're already in the staff, however your application will not be treated differently [for the most part]

↬ you must promise to not share the account info if you're given it

↬ in circumstances of a troll or someone sharing inappropriate content, refer to an admin as well as the rule book [in unpublished stories]

↬ admin: 

— your job is to keep an eye over everything, be in charge of projects and help manage the community

— you are open take all jobs [writing, posting, judging, graphics etc]

— you must be very active on wattpad [once a day at least unless on hiatus with having given us notice]

— you must either be a friend of Isla's or have been in the community for a month to apply for this position [we need to know you're trustworthy and reliable]

↬ moderator:

— your job is to watch over the community page and ensure everyone is following the rules, you report to admins for guidance dealing with problems

— you must be active on wattpad [once every couple days at least unless on hiatus with having given us notice]

— open to everyone!

↬ visual creator:

— your job is to create graphics for the community and coordinate pinterest posts, edits etc for the use of the community

— you must be somewhat active on wattpad [once a week at least unless on hiatus having given us notice]

— open to everyone! [however please do dm us a sample of your work as you submit your application]

↬ social coordinator:

— your job is to run polls with the community for new content ideas and to interact with the community as well as advertise the community outside of this page

— you must be active on wattpad [once every couple days unless on hiatus having given us notice]

— open to everyone!

↬ events coordinator: 

— your job is to help set up events and judge competitions

— you must be somewhat active [once a week unless on hiatus having given us notice]

— open to everyone!

↬ writer:

— your job is to help us physically create content; writing out wattpad posts, helping us create contests and writing content

— you must be active on wattpad [once every couple days unless on hiatus having given us warning]

- open to everyone!

↬ judge: 

— your job is to judge competitions and contests 

— you must be a little active [every couple weeks unless on hiatus having given us warning || you must be active when competitions are closing]
