"Sometimes ideas come at strange times when you have nothing left to lose and the idea Amado had was big, It would change drug trafficking forever. Instead of viewing his cartel as a whole, he divided it into parts. Each fulfilling a different role. Disconnected none knowing the other even existed. It's called a cell system so if one part goes down the music keeps playing. All of it runs through just one man Amado. For all anyone else would know, the coke got to where it was needed by fucking magic. But to do all that, he needed help.
First, someone he could trust to clean up the mess his old partner left behind. His brother, Vicente brought in from Sinaloa. He was only good at one thing but it's the thing Amado needed. Then there was his wife Alexandra she's the one who controlled the amount of coke going in and out. She was his right hand. The only problem was until his new system was in place Amado wasn't moving anything at all."

Cali - Colombia

We landed in Cali to meet up with Pacho to talk about us getting less product.

"You're not even moving what we're giving you and now you want less?" Pacho asks

"It's temporary We're reorganizing," Amado says

"You killed your partner and you didn't have a plan?" Pacho says handling us drinks

"I've got a plan, man," Amado says

"Seems like a pretty bad one. Felix goes down, everything falls apart?" Pacho says

"Nothing falling apart" I speak up.

"Tell the brothers that it will be worth the wait. We just need time" Amado says

"No."

"What up Pacho? What do I have to do?"

"I don't have time for this. You're out. I need someone else to move the Cali product. The Arellanos have asked for more" Pacho says

"The Arellanos?" I say

"The only way my coke goes to someone else is over my dead body," Amado says

"Just don't fuck up my carpet with your dead body. Business is business, Amado good luck man." Pacho says

Later that night we pulled up the restaurant where Pacho was having dinner with his play toy to convince him to take our deal.

"Give us another chance to convince you, Pacho. Gonna hurt my feelings, man." Amado says

His play toy confronts Pacho and he walks up to us.

"We've all got jobs to do, you're not doing yours. It's that simple" Pacho says

"When your coke leaves Colombia, you're asking yourself will it get where it needs to be or will one fuckup ruin everything?" I say touching his arm.

"What we're building puts a bullet in all that. The only thing you'll need to worry about is will people stop doing cocaine. Amado says

Prison gave you time to think and your wife over here to keep running with little she could." Pacho says

"Wasn't prison or my wife it's my daughter. She was born with bad luck, it caught up with her." Amado says.
