Nash's POV
No one was arrested which was great. But we had to have the Peoples' family over for dinner. Her dad being a cop scared me, a lot. A knock at the door interrupted my thoughts. They're here... It honestly scared the crap out of me.. I went downstairs to the dinner table, my mom made me sit by Taylor. She looked at me with a face that said that she didn't want to be here. She looked like she was going to cry. I touched her knee and looked at her and smiled. She turned red and flashed her beautiful teeth... I've never really noticed how gorgeous she really is... Her long curly hair, her dark brown eyes, her perfect smile.
"Nash!" I heard my mom yell
"Yes mom?" I said as I was brought back into reality.
"Do you have something to say to Taylor and her dad?" She looked at me with a serious face.
"Yes I do." I looked at Taylor and her dad and cleared my throat.
"Taylor and Officer Peoples I am truly sorry for hurting you Taylor... From now on I will be by your side and protect you no matter what.." I look at Taylor and say
"If someone hurts you or messes with you I want you to tell me..." She nods and shows me her beautiful smile. I turn red as I noticed my hand didn't move from her knee as I spoke.
