After scrolling through my tiktok comments and replying to a few I put my phone down. "I'm gonna miss you so much Amiah" Jalia whined, Freya doing the same. "Same, I'm gonna miss you both so much, and just being in Seattle is gonna be so weird. Ugh we won't be able to randomly go get McDonalds at 3am anymore or go to the skatepark so we can see cute boys. Things will be so much different."
The frowns on their faces grew even more and I pulled them both into a tight hug. I'm gonna miss them both so much. The three of us have been inseparable since literally kindergarten. They are like sisters to me. I don't have siblings of my own, so they are really all that I've got. I have a few friends in LA already, so I guess I won't be completely lonely when I move, but nobody can replace Jalia and Freya. They're my sisters.
TⵊME JUMP : THREE DAYS
I slowly walked away from the airplane I had just spent two and a half hours in. My legs felt like they were dead and I swear I smelt purely of airplane food. I absolutely despise planes so getting out of there was a relief. My flight got delayed by an hour so by the time I reached LA, it was 9:36 pm.
A couple of months ago, when I got big on tiktok and somehow became a big influencer overnight, I met Amelie, Avani and Nailea. We call ourselves A.A.A.N which is a pretty iconic name if you ask me. These girls became some of my closest friend over the past while and I am so excited to see them in person. After I finished going through security and claiming my bags, I made my way to the exit that the girls were waiting at. Avani, Amelie and Nailea all agreed to pick me up from the airport and help me settle in. We all planned to sleep over at Amelie's and make my first night in LA memorable. That's just code for getting drunk and partying.
When I walked through the glass exit doors, I was almost pushed to the ground by Nailea. She jumped on me, wrapping her legs around my waist and gave me the biggest hug ever. The other girls, Avani and Amelie, joined in the group hug, and ever since I stepped out of my small two bedroom apartment in Seattle, I had never felt more at home than with these three girls by my side.
