"Alright, I don't know how to reach the other kid cuz he's been kidnapped for a long time and he seems like he can't speak... what's your name?" Adams was referring to the Average child while asking the girl who was named the "Dream Choice" in the documents.
-"Um, I'm Anna Bright" after pausing for a second she answered.
-"And you?" Adams was asking the self-taught child. The child looked at Adams with a horrified face. "Don't worry, I just want to know it in case this happens again so please, trust me"
-"My name is Ahmed Khalid."
-"Alright, Anna, Ahmed, please listen closely. I don't know if it is true or not and I don't think you still believe it but do not tell anyone that you have any supernatural abilities. Got it? If you do, everyone will be looking for you." They both nod. "Alright, we gotta open that door so we can actually call someone"
-"Mhm" Anna nodded. She stood up, walked to the door, and punched the iron hinges two times each before they broke. She kicked the door and it opened.
-'You're telling me these are the kids I just saved?' Adams thought with a plain expression with a small hint of disappointment.
-"Uhm... Gabe was it? There's a bomb in the other room. Don't you think you could turn it off or something?" Anna asked.
-"Fuck no, he made a weak bomb so you don't die in his plan. Why would I risk getting my head near a timed bomb ya dumb shit? So I can learn how to turn it off in two minutes or I'm dead?"
-"Then what do we do?"
-"Just close the door and that'll be enough. Check if you've got injuries and check the other kid too, I'll be outside calling the police."
-"Why do you call us kids? You're nineteen right? I'm only two years younger than you."
-"Eh, just force of habit." Adams went to call the authorities and came back to the room.
-"Hey... Gabe" Anna called Adams after his phone call was finished.
-"Call me Doctor."
-"Right! Okay! Whatever... my hand is injured" Anna lifted her arm showing her arm.
Adams bent his neck forwards and squinted his eyes "Yeah, looks nice" he said sarcastically.
-"Don't you have to press on it with a cloth? like in the emergency instruction videos?"
-"Not really, you won't die. It's not a big one."
Anna walked to Adams clenching her fist and pulling him from his hair "Check again!" showing her arm to Adams
-"No no no no no! Ouch! I'm looking at it! It's not a big deal."
-"You look like you're not taking it seriously!"
-"I am, just leave my poor hair alone! Why do you have a strong grip?"
The containment room exploded but it never reached anyone in the room. The authorities arrived and so did the press. The children were sent home and Adams left for his college campus and the children were sent home.
